I would not recommend this hotel on my worst enemy. The property was dirty inside and outside, drains in rooms where blocked, rooms where not cleaned, lights did not work, to be honest this hotel should be closed and remodeled.This is a terrible reflection on Wyndham which is an excellent company something needs to be done ASAP!!

The staff was great. The pool, though small, was a great outlet for the kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was discovering the exit doors didn't lock. I suddenly felt unsafe.

Not recommended if you are a clean individual. Ask the front desk to clean my room as it was extremely dirty and they said they would send housekeeping in to clean my room again and no one came to clean it up.

A little disappointed in the experience overall. Our original room was very visibly dirty- crumbs on tables and carpet. Bedding did not appear to have been changed. Room smelled sour and it appeared there was possibly puke on the carpet and potentially on bedding. Informed staff and got moved to a much cleaner room right away. Breakfast was good- but very basic (waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt cups, muffins, coffee and juice). The pool was the main reason we booked the hotel and it looked cloudy and unwelcoming. Did not even bother to go for a swim. Overall- disappointing experience, but staff were great and the location was extremely convenient.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was minimal at best. Very dirty and stained chairs. Chose here because of pool, but area and pool were freezing. Not able to swim. When checking in the attendant only spoke with staff and on phone NOT me. Check out people were much better.

Wasn’t the best
The bathroom tube had what looked like black mold around the edges and the edges of the sink. Wall paper near the tube was peeling off. Breakfast was not ready at the 6am like they said, we had an early flight. Only had waffles and toast.

There wasnt anything unique about this property at all. The first room that was given to us had a dirty bathtub. & when it was brought to the maids attention She argued. We ended up getting another room & there wasn't a plug for the bathtub to take a bath. Low lighting in the rooms. And the staff wasnt helpful.

The room had peeling paint and vineer missing from the bathroom door. The plastic trim by the shower had mildew. The curtains were stained and off the hangers. The room safe had no key and the desk clerk couldn't explain why. The fitness room was a joke. There was a weight-lifting bench but no weights. The free breakfast was void of eggs, bacon, and sausage dispite the advertisement saying it did. The bedding consisted of several sheets and no blankets. The parking lot was full of potholes everywhere. The staff smoked in the office which made the hallways stink. In a word, this place was an overpriced dump.

Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable enough, but the whole place smells of stale smoke, half of the light bulbs in the room were missing or burnt out, the bathtub drained extremely slow, and the same pile of pepperonis stayed on the floor of the elevator the entire time we were there (3 nights) and maybe longer.

Paid $83 for one night, but I couldn’t not sleep because they assigned me the room next to the door that leads to the stairs. Noisy people came in and out all night. Not worthy the fees for the bad location of my room.

"My review of Baymont in Belleville on Service Drive: Check-in was delayed as they mistakenly charged my card instead of allowing in-person payment. The hotel appeared dated, similar to many in Michigan. The pool didn't match online images, and the elevator had unsettling vibrations. The lack of working security lights outside made it unsafe at night. Guests struggled to navigate the dark driveway, leading to numerous complaints. My room, meant for four, had only three towels. Customer service varied. Parking was a nightmare; I parked in an unconventional spot. I overheard a heated dispute at the front desk over parking, where they asked for car keys, license plates, and phone numbers "just in case the police came." Overall, my stay was unusual, leaving doubts about returning.

So that’s why they had vacancy
I put on reservation on Hotels.com 3 adults and when I got home I was charged an extra $50. Not sure why and trying to communicate with operator very frustrating. Cold coffee no real breakfast One shuttle driver very nice, second one hit curves swerved in and out of lane on way to airport not sure if he was very tired or still tipsy from a bender

Sam at the front desk was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean. There is no such thing as a FULL breakfast. The only thing available was coffee, apples and cereal. Disappointing

The room had a musty smell sort of like cooking or lived in smell not vented. the bathtub/shower would not drain. everything looked old and made me not want to touch anything. the common areas had breakfast service appliances and features, but at 7am next morning, there was nothing served. Sheets appeared/felt clean. I won't be staying here ever again

Customer service was good at check-in, convenient location, and room was nice. It was stated that they had cable tv but little to no signal at the tv in the rooms. Almost all stations could not get a signal and would not come on or if it did it would go out within 10-15 minutes. I said something about it and they stated they would reset it but it did not change anything. When you stay in a motel room for 3 days a tv is basically your only entertainment besides staring at the walls. For this reason i would not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We were asked to give a $50 deposit even though we had no animals with us and then put in a room that someone obviously smoked in with sticky floors and a TV remote that didn't work. We never got our $50 deposit back either even though the only time we were in that room was to sleep.

Staff was not helpful. Sheets weren’t clean (blood on them). There were no towels. Carpet in room was wet, sticky and smelled like pee. Bathroom was not clean and didn’t have a garbage. Breakfast only has stale cereal and waffles. Pool area was dirty and no towels. Overall bad experience.
