Served the purpose but very outdated!

Posted Apr 18, 2017
Pros: The staff is very accommodating!
Location: Close to a fantastic park and dog park on the waterfront!
The shower is great! The linens and room were clean....The rooms (and the building) look tired. Free breakfast is a plus!

Good hotel close to PEC and downtown Belleville

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Good hotel close to PEC and downtown Belleville. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was slightly dirty. It was a good hotel overall.

Nice location

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Pros: I like its size. It is not a huge concrete and glass monolith. I also like the location.
Cons: I think that the parking space needs to be increased a bit but not at the expense of the trees.
Location: I have commented on the location but know little about things to do nearby. I can, however, recommend the Beaufort Pub.
Medium sized hotel located on the Belleville waterfront with parkland and green space between it and the lake. Parking is a tad limited and could be a challenge during peak season. No complaints about cleanliness or service. As my stay was during early March, I was not seeing the place at its best but I can imagine that the surroundings would be quite pleasant in the warmer months.

Hotel is on quintet bay

Posted Feb 8, 2017
Check in was very quick. This is a larger motel that seems to be accessed by MTO employees and CNCP employees and Groups of young people in some sport competitions. The motel has an indoor pool. Rooms were tidy but very dated and the mattresses in our room needs replacing. Nice view from the room over the bay.

great location and they accept pets

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Must have been a very nice hotel when it was new. It's in need of a renovation. The hotel accepts pets and one of one two that do in Belleville it would seem-- which is great. Rooms are very basic and need an upgrade and I mean just a basic one like replacing the mattresses that are very worn out. There's only one very slow elevator in the building for guest. Front desk employee was pleasant and it was efficient.

The hotel was run down. We had rust in our toilet, and it ran continually. The shower curtain was dirty as well. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had the "park side" which was an empty construction lot with very noisy train tracks. However, the service was excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Pleasant night

Posted Jan 13, 2017
Pros: The ease in checking in and out and the very friendly staff.
Cons: Possibly the carpet and drapes but what were there were suitable.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby and about 15 minutes to the casino.
We recently spent one night at the Travelodge when we visited Belleville for the opening of the Casino. It was a very pleasant stay. The Hotel Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. It was a very pleasant stay.

Very outdated. The taps leaked in the bathroom. The blankets on the bed and pull out were stained and very old. The decor is very outdated. The slide in the pool was out of service and there was no notice of this on their website. The wifi only worked body of the time.

The tale of the mystery 100$ surcharge.

Posted Jan 4, 2017
A simple, comforting stay turned into a slap in the face when a mystery 100$ fee appeared on my credit card. This Travelodge has a habit of charging extra room fees for fun. No smoking, no pets, no room damage, and now no response from the manager. The shower was nice though.
