Worked for a one night stay

I booked and paid on hotels.com, however the hotel charged my card a second time. When I brought this to their attention, they insisted it would fall off my account automatically. Luckily, the manager later noticed this and asked me to come back to the desk so they could refund the second charge. The room was small and very basic. Sink is not in the bathroom which was tiny. I think the refrigerator may have been leaking as the carpet was wet in one corner. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was functional.

Pros: good air conditioning, nice TV
Cons: fewer decorative pillows (no where to put them) and better pillows. Probably should have asked if the hotel had handicap features like grab bars

We had a problem in our room (some sort of water leak) and they moved us to a nicer room for free. Cold and cramped in the dining area, but room was comfortable and perfect for our trip

Decent stay

Was here for a two-night family getaway. Had a suite with a side room so the kids had plenty of room. Front desk wasn't always staffed but were friendly and helpful when staffed. The pool area was big and the hot tub large. Breakfast was your standard fare. Neighborhood was busy but close to restaurants and the highway. Price was reasonable, would stay again.

Fair stay

Food appeared as if it were out all night. Pool water seemed a bit dirty. Otherwise no issues with the room.

Nice Clean Hotel

Good hotel close to the zoo

It is a good hotel. It needs more upkeep. The floors were always sticky and dirty. The mattresses were painful. The whirlpool had a clogged drain and therefore was green and smelly. It was easy to find and is very near the zoo.

Great Night's Sleep

The room was welcoming and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, better than Continentsl.
