Central Location for Bellevue

Pros: Location is good, as are other hotels close by.
Cons: Breakfast was always busy and often staff were overwhelmed with numbers. Reception staff were generally helpful and polite most of the time.
Location: Plenty places to eat and shop within walking distance. Good parking at Bellevue Center.
Hotel was centrally located for Bellevue and as would many of the other choices of hotels in the area. Easy walking to Bellevue Center and shops/restaurants. Hotel was expensive for what you got. Make sure when you book that you are aware that the Accommodation is one charge, you will then be charged for Occupancy Tax; Service Fee; Room Tax on Service Fee; Parking Charge per day and then something called Pkg Sales tax, which I have no idea what it is for. All in all, good central location but expensive and would probably do something different if we ever go back to Seattle.

unexpected fee at checkout

Cons: Expedia to include all fees at time of booking or make more clear what's not inclueded
Hotel and room ok, but a surprise fee was levied at checkout for 'additional services'. Staff explained that it is for using internet and fitness, and it is a 'new' fee. This is something that we expected to be included in Expedia's price but was not. Not a lot of money, but it's not expected and felt a bit of a cheap money grab.

Overnight stay on road trip. After booking was made, received list of added cost like parking. Think this should be stated or added on to room cost. Did not appreciate the surprise.

Nice hotel

Pros: Bar, check in
Cons: Counter height in bathroom, shower pressure and more variety a breakfast buffet.
Location: Right in Bellevue
Che Ken in on a Monday night - bed felt great after an 11 hour car drive! Check in was easy and accommodating - hotel across street from freeway so I wanted to be as far away as possible (could still hear it though not enough to keep me awake). Room was clean, bathroom just ok: no shower pressure and counter height built for a 4 foot person, but it was clean and soaps and lotions nice. Overall, I'd come back.

Hotel was nice and comfortable hotel area in general could be a little cleaner and we had to switch out of our first room because it smelled bad but overall had a good stay but don't know if it was worth the price that we payed for it.

Amazing pool side, great location

Absolutely loved the pool, the place was a bit noisy due to the fact that they had a dog show going on and were fully booked but totally understandable. Reasonable priced. Felt like I was at a resort.

Over charged

We reserved our room threw expedia. For 139.00 the next morning I noticed I was charged 210.00. And 9.00 for parking when it clearly states complimentary parking in their web site. So I went to talk to the front desk about it. She was very rude. She said she would credit me back for the parking. Instead charged me 18.00 more for parking. Ugh. Went to the office again and said I would have to talk to my bank that she is not able to charge people. I guess a fsiry runs our credit cards when you check in to this hotel. The staff was so rude No toilet paper in our room. Over all not a good experience

Nice hotel close to Seattle, but without Seattle prices! Stayed here during the Labor Day long weekend, and had a great experience. Would recommend.
