Convenient location to our event

Came in very late but no problem. Staff very helpful. Lobby clean. We had some equipment so the use of one of your carts helped a lot. Bed and pillows softer than we like but overall, comfortable enough. Quiet room.

Noisy. Too close to busy street from some rooms.

Location: Busy streets. However easy to get to shopping area. Large Bellevue indoor mall just a few blocks away with many restaurants.
For the price this room was below par. Staff in restaurant was unfriendly. Completely ignore you. I wouldn't stay here again.

Amenities removed

Pros: Landscaped garden areas.
Cons: Clean the bathtubs better and replace the caulk when needed. Lack of exhaust fans contribute to the problem.
This hotel was just OK. The beds were comfortable, but the shower had signs of mold on the caulked areas. The most disappointing thing was we were denied the free breakfast everyone else received because we booked the room through a booking service. There is no savings or special rate from booking services if the hotel removes amenities. Next time I will not book through a booking service

Ok overall, but the room was not cleaned well. Exterior is getting a little shabby.

It's looks like the motel, not a hotel

The room was smelling bad, it can't be a hotel, just like a motel room

Hotel was nice, but when you needed to get a hold of front desk they seem to only have one line because everytime I called it was busy and your only option is to leave a voicemail

The breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful! Shuttle service excellent. The room however was old dark and dingy. Not really clean. Bed was double and uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay there again

For the price of this hotel, it would have been nice to have had a few more amenities -- more variety with the sundries/snack foods available, a menu to order off of for breakfast, etc. Beds were too soft, not as comfortable as I'd hoped, but OK.

Staff didn't make billing corrections that were caught at check in leading to problems with billing after checkout.
