Avoid Staying Here.

Pros: The front desk gal was very nice and helpful.
Cons: A new hotel.
Location: Location was good for me.
The cost was not worth the experience. Best Western is a much better value. It's not inviting. The bed is huge for the room size, Everything is so tight. I don't think two people could fit into the room. It's old so it makes the room seem dirty. The staff tried to enter my room even though I had a "do not disturb" sign out. The manager agreed to give me some refund but it should have been more. I don't have the refund yet. Not sure if I'll even get it. I don't want anyone to go through that experience. Try to avoid staying here.

Nice convenient hotel

Pros: Clean, modern and convenient.
This is a great place to stay if you are travelling to Bellevue. It's convenient to all freeways and local shopping. There's a choice of two restaurants for on site dining. Internet connectivity was good and their business area has computers and a printer. This is a great hotel for business travel. I highly recommend this location.

Friendly Staff

Very friendly staff. Free parking. I would stay outside of Downtown Seatle next time. Another hotel I stay in was charging $37 per night for parking.

Good Hotel in Bellevue

Pros: Clean, efficient & nice staff
The Sheraton in Bellevue has good rooms, nice lobby, on site eating options etc. The staff are helpful. The only negative is the lack of efficient public transport in the area. Uber was quite expensive

Will Stay Again!

Check in staff was very friendly. The room was spacious & tidy. You can see some signs of wear & tear but overall still satisfactory. Short 5min drive to Bellevue Square. Free self parking which is nice as a lot of other hotels charge.

Clean, Nice but could have larger lobby

Cons: Size of lobby
Location: Bellevue Square
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Location is perfect, room are so clean. However it is right beside the highway, you barely hear any noise because of double windows. Wifi was pretty decent. Staff are so informative and ready for help. It says 7 floors which is including the basement and main floor. I personally like to spend some of my time in a large lobby which I expected their lobby be more roomy. I liked the breakfast too.

Disgusting smell...

My girlfriend and I checked in with our girls for a night after shopping and immediately where overwhelmed with a horrible smell. The hall stunk and the room was even worse. We thought we would try and stick it out as it was only one night but after being in the room for 10 min we were starting to feel nausous and starting to get headaches. We immediately found another hotel and left. The front staff didn't offer us another room or any compensation. Actually didn't seem too bothered that we just left! I would NOT recommend this hotel at any price! This is the first review I have ever left for a hotel and also the first time I have ever had to leave a hotel for any reason.
