Nicest hotel in a long time; great value. Food is quite good. Pool, spa, sauna, steam are great. Very quiet despite short walk to BLI. Excellent staff.

Very nice and classy property, a neighbor awoke half the floor in the middle of the night, but the staff took care of the situation fast and professionally. I will be returning here and will continue to stay with Holliday in express.

The rooms were fantastic. Super clean, new and modern. I would not get the continental breakfast again. It was the worst continental breakfast I have ever had. They left the tops off of everything so the food was cold. The pancakes tasted like cardboard and the eggs tasted like hard rubber. They also don't let kids eat from the buffet, they have to order a separate breakfast. That was a good thing since the pancakes were then made fresh for them, but they didn't get their food until about 10 minutes after all of the adults were done eating. There was also no salt and pepper on any of the tables or in the buffet. We had to ask for it a couple times and we never did get it.

I have passed along your comments to our Food and Beverage manager to ensure a better buffet service for future guests. I loved the decor, the place is fairly new so decor is modern. Nice pool, though not too big; can manage a couple laps if empty and hottub is nice. Also nice restaurant and bar. I love the 3pm check in and noon check out. We had pre-paid through Expedia and had selected a king size bed which was on our receipt. When we got our keys we did check into a room with two queens (which was not what we wanted, paid for, or expected) we went back down to the check-in desk and they did switch us to a kingbed room but not without a bit of grumbling about how 'because it was through expedia' " You get our standard room" obviously a excuse I didn't accept and waited patiently for them to fix it, which they did. The room was nice. Sufficient. There was a vanity outside the bathroom in the main room but lacked its own lighting which wouldn't have been a problem except for that the outlet there was the only one that the hair dryer plug fit into. There was a weird decorative cabinet above the vanity with a handle which you would expect to open but didn't. Other than the few aforementioned quirks, and 1 customer service snafu it's a nice place for good value.
