Problems checking in

Staff did not know how to check me in. Had to wait for a long time. The room was noisy as next door playd tv loud all night.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better enforced so smoking rule, Better service
First, When we arrived we were greeted with an unwelcoming receptionist who decides to start arguing with another employee while checking us in. When finally checked in we get on the second floor and the whole hall way smelled like marijuana, If it had not been so late we would have left but it was just one night. In the morning i told the kids that there was breakfast downstairs and we could get some before we left. There wasn't much there, juice machine was broken and no waffle mix was put out for waffles. Will never stay there again

Bare minimum

This hotel is just what the title says, bare minimum. When I made my reservation I specifically requested a crib/pak n play for our 10 month old infant. When my husband went to check in at the front desk the attendant said that they did not have any beds for a child because they didn't meet code. So there is that, don't stay at this hotel with young children unless you brought your own pak n play.

Shabby, in need of repairs, room rate charged higher than when we booked, noise, noise, noise (party next room).

Convenient hotel to Interstate 5.

Pros: The roll in handicap shower, pool and hot tub. I wish they had a handicap lift for the pool.
Cons: A handicap lift for the pool. All our hotels have them in GA. One or two more waffle irons. Either a handicap room with roll in shower with 2 beds.
Location: The hotel is located next door to Denny's, McDonalds, grocery store, Pilot station. We didn't explore that particular exit so not sure what else there
When I booked the hotel stay I explained that we had to have a room with a roll in shower to accommodate my disabled husband in a wheel chair and that we needed 2 queen beds because there were 3 in our party. I called 4 days before arrival and confirmed with a gentleman that this is what we would be getting and he confirmed. However, when we arrived the only roll in shower they had was with a single queen bed. I was devastated to say the least. I wish I could remember her name but the young lady who checked us in was WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good about her. She made a way to accommodate both having a roll in shower and 2 queen beds. I think the manager should reward her for a great customer service. The room was average. The beds a little harder than what we were used to but the bathroom for my husband made up for it. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Breakfast was ok...your basic continental breakfast with the exception of having a waffle iron. They do need to purchase another on because the line was always so long it wasn't worth the wait. Over all our stay was good we are not really picky people and hard to please. Housekeeping made the beds and empty the trash that was the extent of their daily cleaning. I would have preferred the bathroom cleaned daily but we did receive fresh towels daily and like I said we are easy to please and was very thankful that the lady checking us in was accommodating. I would stay here again.

Noisy place rude staff

The hotel was next to a truck stop with noise all night. Staff were abrupt and rude with customers very run down and old with trash all through the hallways

Cons: Shower didn't work. Eventually had to change room next day .
Location: Location was good for my use.
Though it was going to be a decent stay. Didn't shower that night so didn't know shower didn't work in morning when I got up to do my business in town.
