Pleased with room

The room was clean, smoke free as we requested, only complaint was ran out of hot water, would stay again though

We arrived 8 pm 4/20/16 & were told our reservations were for 4/29. Hotel staff spoke little & broken English so communication was difficult. I showed my confirmation on IPhone to resolve that issue. Then staff insisted that I pay for room & I showed them again on iPhone that room was paid by Expedia. That did not satisfy them. After 30 minutes on phone with Expedia & reassurance of a reimbursement we finally checked in. Motel was noisy and dirty. Next morning 4/21/16 at 0730 lobby was still not unlocked so don't expect a continental breakfast.
