"This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people. This means anytime...

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"I really enjoyed staying here. It was a tiny house but still felt big inside. The bathroom is a full shower, toilet, shelving, a vanity, and the washer and dryer was a really nice touch. Kind of rare to see in tiny houses. The renter was communicative and helpful in allowing us to bring our pet as well as giving us a early check-in.
