Reimbursement on duicate payment issue
I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone.

Apartamentos Serramar superb accommodation.
Extremely well Situated for all amenities. Nipping clean accommodation. Shops, bars restaurants and rail transport to Malaga and Fuengirola. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Friendly, spotless and ideally situated.
I have stayed at The Serramar previously and have found it to be an extremely friendly hotel and in pristine clean condition. It is situated in the centre of Arroyo De La Miel, just a two minute walk from the train station which takes you to the centre of Malaga in one direction and to Fuengirola centre in the other. The beauty of the train of course is it stops just across a quiet road from Malaga airport terminal and Arroyo De La Miel is only seven stops from the airport. Excellent value for money to at only 2 euros 55 cents. The Serramar is ideally situated for the miriad of shops, bars and restaurants in Arroyo De La Miel and is only a five minute walk to the cable car and market. The beach is also fairly close, with a leisurely ten to fifteen minute walk downhill to it . I would and have recommended this hotel to friends and give it my first consideration when booking in the Arroyo/Benalmadena area.

clean and good location. But noisy in the morning and cleaners very loud. Made to feel like it was a crime to sleep in as they couldn’t clean the room... asked to leave in the morning. Weird. Have to hand key in when you go out made me feel nervous so I took my valuables with me

Great pension in Arroyo
The location is excellent near Arroyo station and all the shops and bars. We had a room with bathroom and balcony tv and air con. We overlooked the police station so very safe!! The rooms were so clean towels changed daily. There is a communal dining room with fridge and microwave and balcony great for breakfast. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Definitely stay again and great value for money.

Good budget hotel
We booked the Pension Serramar, for an extra night, owing to flights. The hotel was east to find, and check in was very smooth, The rooms though on the small side were spotless, as were the bathroom, we paid slightly more for a private bathroom. The hotel, has limited amenities, but does have a small kitchen/tv room with a fridge, toaster and kettle, there are also plenty of cafes, and bars near by. The hotel us very typically Spanish, and appeared to be family run. If you are looking for a clean, convenient budget hotel, for a couple of nights, I would thoroughly recommend, the down side is the lack if parking, you need to look for on street parking, which in the season could be more difficult.

Great position for Benalmadena Pueblo and Malaga
This was easy to get to on the train from Malaga Airport. Cheap but clean. No problems with shared shower/toilets except for water easily mopped up. Check in/out very easy and if you leave your room key, you can't lose it. You can make breakfast in the kitchen or go to many cafes. Limited t.v. Channels. Noise not a problem with window closed and a/c on.

Good place to explore the local area
My room was on the 3rd floor. It had quiet air con and the room was very quiet. I was able to enjoy a really good night's sleep. There is ample parking just up the hill from the hotel one road over and I never had a problem parking within a 5 or 10 minute walk of the property. I used the property to explore the many local beaches along the coast. The staff are all very pleasant and I would thoroughly recommend

Excellent value. Central for easy bus ride to the beach, and other local places of interest including White villages. On the Trainline to Fuengirola west and Torremolinos/ Malaga going east.

Good central location
Clean simple no frills accommodation in good location. Nice friendly staff. Wash basin in room but not much use without hot water! Only one small towel so difficult to get dry after shower and only two changes in seven day stay. Good for weekend or touring stay.

Very clean; nice staff; incredibly loud!
Very clean and affordable pension. Friendly and helpful staff. Across the street from the Police station on a VERY NOISY street. Scooters and trucks driving uphill all night, revving their engines; a drunken man screaming at police; a rowdy woman yelling obscenities then tasered by police; noise and more noise. Better than TV!

Clean, cheap & cheerful Hostel
The hostel was convenient for the town centre and the train station as well as near to buses to Malaga & Fuengirola. The staff were always helpful and friendly. It is quite a hilly walk to the beach and back about 20 minutes for me each way. There are nearby restaurants and shops with a nice feel about the town.

The first night of my stay was not pleasant as i was in a room with no air con and 40 degrees of heat outside. i spoke to the owner and he change my room for an extra 5 euro per night. The new was very nice and spacious. This Hotel is very clean and would put alot of higher grade hotels to shame. The owners and staff are very friendly. For the money i spent a very nice experience.

Efer nästa två veckor i Marbesa så valde vi att tillbringa vår sista dag på resan på Serramar eftersom det p.g.a resan till flygplatsen låg bättre till. Men vi är väldigt nöjda hur vi blev mottagna och även boendet var helt till belåtenhet Inget lyx, men vi är helt nöjda! Återkommer gärna!
