“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”

“Fast and efficient check in and there is champagne as welcome drink”

“The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.”

“I requested a high floor room but finally was assigned a lower floor and noisy room which was closed to the street. The breakfast was very good. It just takes 3 - 5 mins walk from the MTR station to the hotel but you may need to walk around 10 - 20 mins between the hotel and the other restaurant, supermarket, cafe shop, shopping area etc. ”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“Clean, good value for money ”

“I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They had my room……

“酒店是新開業，很小的酒店，房間也好小，地點是中心區不過離地鐵站不算近，酒店周圍－般。如果不介意走路，二十分鐘走到自由大道。房間一般，清潔不夠好，桌子、床頭都有灰塵。床和枕頭很舒服。價格和酒店的對比，以後不再考慮入住。”

“stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. ”

“Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.”
