It was a good stay. I like the fact that it was very quiet during week, and at nights. Comfortable bed. I will definitely stay again.

This hotel absolutely gets an award for how clean and friendly the entire staff are! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds and pillows are also GREAT!

I recently stayed at Surestay Plus by best western in Benbrook and had a fantastic experience. As a solo female traveler, safety is top priority to me, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the attention to details was evident. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety and quality. The professionalism of the staff during check-in was notable- they were efficient and courteous, making the process seamless. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing aroma, adding an extra touch to the already inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Surestay Plus for its commitment to safety, cleanliness, and excellent service. A wonderful stay overall!

During a recent business trip to benbrook, I needed to secure a last-minute 1-night stay. I scouted numerous nearby hotels, but their rates were unexpectedly high for a last-minute booking. Then, I stumble upon Surestay plus by best western- benbrook, and it was a game-changer. They offered the most reasonable rates in town. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the rooms and the overall hotel ambiance. The staff, in particular, stood out for their kindness and professionalism. My 1-day stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I must say, the slight premium in price was absolutely worth it. Surestay Plus by Best Western exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

fair price for a fair stay
easy and quick check in, room key worked every time i used it. convenient parking and fridge in the room. clean towels and very comfy bed, my only complaint was we had to spend almost 10 minutes messing with the AC unit to get it to our liking because it was stuck on the heat setting at 75 degrees when we first checked in and didn’t switch to cool until we constantly turned it off and back on and pressed way too many buttons. the price for what i got was good and fair.

SureStay Benbrook, Ft. Worth recommended.
Overall, a nice place to stay. Good location. Not far from TCU Campus. Ez on/off to highway. Reasonably priced at $120/night. Parking is free and exceptionally well lighted. 2 hotels share the property, park in either side. Check-in woman was polite & friendly. Her computer slowed down the check-in process. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a couple areas that could’ve been cleaned better. Although we did not partake, Free breakfast is available. We would stay here again.

Upon checking in I found a silverfish in the toilet. The sheets didn’t appear to be fresh and clean as I discovered hair in the bedding. Breakfast was not up to what you normally would receive at a hotel that has free breakfast part of your stay.

The first room had mold covering the curtains and you could smell it as soon as you walked in. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were there for 5 nights and only had room service/bed/towels once. The pool was EMPTY. I do not recommend this property.

The facility was run down and dirty. The AC unit made an abrupt, terrible noise evertime it cycled on. It also took a long time for the front desk to show up to check us in.

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Cracker Barrel near by, and a QT gas station. Clean rooms, helpful staff Great beds and big pillows, unlike most motels that give you a cheap, flat pillow

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our reservation from 1 night to 2 nights with no issues. Room and beds was clean though slightly dated. TV did not work at all. Shower fixtures were loose and did not get hot. You had to make sure faucet was in the prefect spot for water to shut off and even then it dripped occasionally. Staff was very helpful in asking some noisy guests to quiet down. We didn't eat breakfast, though I read its just prepackaged cold items. Overall the price is a little high, but its quite and clean.

The hotel staff were so accommodating and let us check in early. We had a king room and it was huge, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again, a great value for sure!
