An Overnite in BendPosted Sep 9, 2015
We were on a drive from Mendocino, Ca to Missoula, MT and we used Bend as a halfway point. We have a small dog and it is hard finding a good hotel that accepts dogs. This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the folks were nice. It was a convenient stop to end the day and get a good start the next day well rested. Pet area was well kept and convenient to the room.

Biker Friendly!Posted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: Biker friendly, close to good restaurants and brewpubs, clean, competitively priced.
Cons: Breakfast selections
Location: Very nice quiet area within walking distance of great dining and bars.
What a great place for a motorcyclist to stay while in Bend. The hotel is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and brewpubs, so we didn't have to ride to them. This is a very nice luxury when you want to have a beer or cocktail with dinner. At check in the desk clerk was very friendly and even offered me a towel to clean my bike with. She also drew me a map of the best restaurants/pubs in the local area. Very nice! We were able to call ahead and ask for a certain room so that we could park the bikes in front of our room, but in a well lit part of the parking lot, across from the lobby, for extra security. I was very happy about that! The room itself was well kept, spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. All they has was pastries, yogurt, cereal and waffles. Would have been great to have some sort of protein, like eggs or sausage.

Two of my friends, my new born and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. Location was great and the room worked for what we needed.

Beds were really inexpensive and uncomfortable. Any slight movement and the entire bed moved keeping the bed partner up all night.

Room was old and smelly. We did't stay even though we had paid.
