Nice budget motel

A great value for those who are budget minded. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good location convenient to downtown.

A Terrible Experience

Posted Aug 12, 2016
Pros: I did not like anything about this hotel.
Cons: The bedbugs could be removed.
Location: Other than being in beautiful Bend, Oregon, the hotel's location is unremarkable.
The room smelled badly and was full of bedbugs. The woman that checked me in was unfriendly and it was an awkward encounter.

Bed bugs have been treated and taken care of with new mattresses.

Not bad

Posted Feb 17, 2016
Pros: There is bathtab in the room.
Cons: Wall is thin. I cannot but hear the sound from next to room all the night.
Location: There is sport bar near the motel.
This is reasonable. It is good for me just to sleep.

Only room left in town

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: At least we had a bed to sleep in.
Cons: Everything
We came here for a soccer tournament in early August. We booked too late to be with our team and by the time we booked, this was one of the only rooms left. Very old, not updated. The staff is Indian and can't understand what we're saying. Very polite, but still a language barrier there. Don't book unless you absolutely have to.

staying in bend oregon

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: convenient to the freeway basically inexpensive to stay bare bones minimum fairly quiet!
Cons: things needed to be updated/repaired
Location: location in the middle of downtown and freeway quite afew shopping places in the area up the street a sports bar eatery maybe 4 blocks away
my arrival had a slow start front desk couldn't find my paperwork for at least 10-15 minutes the room was OK for me (party of one) i started noticing little things. broken front windowlock no batteries for remote for AC top portion of AC broken. traveling all day wanted to shower grabbed a soiled washcloth (only one )off the towel rack. brought this up to owner as he was walking to the front office (he didn't want to be bothered) go to the end of the courtyard get one from linen closet basically get it yourself! had to retrieve a new roll of TP one in the bathroom at the end of the roll the sheets were thread bare and thin bedspread! no lightweight blanket between the sheet and bedspread!

Hotel was small not real clean and the TV didn't work. The shower faucet came off. I could not get any directions to any places to eat as the woman I spoke with did not speak good English. I would take this off your register.

Low budget motel

Our stay was quiet, however there were clipped finger/toe nails all over the rug. The bathroom seemed clean, however.

Bend Value Inn

Be sure to inform them of the amount of guests in your party because they will charge you extra. Overall this is not a bad choice if you're looking for a cheap night in town.

Never again

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Nothing. We will not go back or recommend it.
Cons: A thorough cleaning. Repairing locks on doors. New carpets. Up date everything.
Location: We were there for an event and did not do anything nearby or in Bend other than our event.
We arrived after 10:00 and had to ring the bell at least twice before anyone came to the door. When the gentleman came, it was obvious he had been sleeping and did not seem happy to see us. He fumbled around for the reservation (had difficulty finding it) and then checked us in. We went to the room and the door was hard to push open. (It didn't quite fit.) When we entered the room, the smell of either disinfectant or mold or both was strong. We ended up sleeping on top of the bedspread, with all the windows open and the bathroom fan on. The mattress seemed comfortable, though. It didn't even seem to be worth having paid $60 for it.

sorry your stay was not pleasant. Yes we do use a mold and mildew bathroom cleaner. The smell can be strong but it helps keep the rooms clean.

never try this motel except your budget is tight

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Stay 4 nights . Room smells bad. Only one 'room service' was offered. They dumped the garbage only. Bathroom mat was folded to its original shape. When I opened it, totally dirty. No extra bathroom paper. Bed made metal noise. No desk or table. One electric outlet only. Hair blower was not allowed to borrow. The owner is not kind at all
