I had a plumbing issue, but when I let them know, as I headed out for the day, it was taken care of, cleaned up, and would of never known. Always appreciate the friendliness of employees and how clean it is every time I have visited. Will be back again.

Much better than last time. Soap and shampoo left in the room (by house keeping). Clean and ready to go. Last time no soap! Still no cups or coffee cups in the room.

Excellent access to Hoodoo and Mt Bachelor. Walk to the Safeway. Undated '60s motel. Most is good. TV == NTSC? NIce digital TV with signal down graded to NTSC with no channel guide available. WiFi works great.

We liked the property the heater was too loud in the refrigerator when it came on was really loud but otherwise we had a great day

Unfortunately, for the rest of the staff, I really enjoyed this hotel as it was freshly remodeled and very clean. However, the painters left painters tape and plastic over the fire detector and we didn’t take it down due to the fact that we thought they were still painting as they were about to do the flooring and that’s why we were supposed to move rooms as we were moving rooms. The manager came and stood in the doorway and told us that she wasn’t going to rent to us again because we covered the smoke detector, and that it was hazy in the building, I took a video of the building and you’ll see in the video that there is no haze to the building at all. We would never smoke in here and she charged us $200 on one card and $100 on another card which is completely out of line and out of hand, they are about to remodel the room again or finish remodeling the room as far as the flooring goes. However, the painting was just done and it was blue painters, tape, and clear plastic that was left on the fire alarm, however, even though I don’t own blue painters, tape, or clear painters plastic, she used this as an excuse to embezzle money out of me. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, as they don’t allow pets, they don’t allow people who don’t smoke cigarettes to be in a room without accusing them of smoking again check the video that I post because there is no haze to our room and we left it in immaculate condition.

Unfortunately, Yes I did go to the room because it was already 12:30pm and i had told you that i needed your reservation done before 12pm so i could move you rooms and when i went to the room i did see that the alarm was covered with a clear garbage bag and to inform you we have not done any painting in are rooms and yes i did ask you to move rooms do to redoing are wood floor in that room but ones i saw that the alarm was covered with a plastic garbage bag yes i did tell the female i wasn't going to rent to you guys anymore. Yes i did charge one of the cards on file for 200 but it was decline so i did charge 100 on the card that was on file and the person that was responsible for the room because when i did go to the room there was smoke in the room.

The property was clean, but an older property. Could clearly hear the upstairs tenant walking across the floors until 10 or 11 pm. I stayed Days inn because of a severe snow storm.

The property was dirty and spooky. The staff seemed bothered about me checking in. And the room smelled so bad like a portapotty. I never even stayed one night there. I ended up getting another hotel. I would never stay here or let anyone I know stay here. I felt uneasy and grossed out.

They advertised a indoor pool and hot tub. They dont have an indoor pool or hottub. Who ever the guy who does the maintenence has no idea what hes doing.

Google took me to Hutch's Bicycle on the opposite side of 3rd St. It didn't know the exact location of Days Inn by Windam. Beyond that minor inconvenience, no issues with check-in. We'll see how the night goes.

The room was extremely dusty, the toilet had a thick, black ring around the bottom and the room spelled to bad I instantly got a headache. We walked in and walked right back out and gave our key card to the front desk and stayed somewhere else. They also did not refund although the room was completely unsanitary for me and my children.

I at first was booking with this properties reservation team, my companion animals and price matching was approved. The call got disconnected, so i called the location and spoke with a woman who was not very helpful or polite atall, i spoke with her twice. The second time i spoke with her after already booking with this hotel she told me no companion animals were allowed, not even with document. There is absolutely no communication between this hotel and the reservation team and they need to get it together with what is allowed and what isnt, the stress that was added to our trip was not needed! We are also out $160 because she said theres no refunds!!! Go somewhere else, this place and customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!

Went to an Oregon game and decided to stay here on our way back to Idaho. Not only was it super affordable for last minute reservation. But it was extremely cleaned and comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
