Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests for parking and the garage doors do not open. The garage is accessible for access to the backyard, but please do not touch the items in the garage other than the bikes, inner tubes and paddle boards.



There is no AC- most months it is not needed!



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this special retreat in Bend. The Good Neighbor Guidelines are in the binder.
