Do not believe the positive reviews. We checked into this house the day before Thanksgiving for an 4 night stay. We saw a mouse running around in the living room that night. We contacted the host and let them know this was not going to work for us as we have a toddler who would be crawling on the floors. We asked to be refunded and checked out the next morning according to the instructions. It seemed like it would all be taken care of as their customer service appeared responsive and understanding. However, they have yet to resolve or address our request for a refund and keep saying they need to “talk to management”. It’s been a week and it’s been a total runaround. We will make sure we do not stay at any of iTrip Northwest’s properties in the future.
