We likes that it was small and quiet and that they offered a pretty decent continental breakfast. However the bathroom had mold all around the molding and in the shower. It was not just a little spot it was the entire molding all around the bathroom. Other than this the property and rooms are good.

Made reservations over my bday in August. Booked a River view but got to hotel and they didn’t honor our room we paid in full for and didn’t receive a River view. They promised on several occasions during our stay that we would get a gift card for a River view. Never received it. Called and emailed and no response. The property is nice and we had a decent stay. I just don’t appreciate not getting what I reserved and paid for, being promised a gift card, and not hearing from them ever again. Just not cool. Will not stay here again and will not recommend.

Great place overall. Would try a river view room next time. Hotel needs to oil squeaky hinges and handles.

Love this property. Stayed 4 nights for a ski vacation. When entering our room the lights were turned on the fireplace was flickering and soft music was playing. Such a cozy room after a day on the slopes. Loved how we had a lovely deck off the back with a river view and the room had a separate living room with a cozy couch, chair, leather ottoman and table with chairs. The continental breakfast was perfect to fuel you in the morning for a day on the slopes. Very clean and staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back again.

I typically don't leave reviews for places I stay at, but I have to make sure folks know what a WONDERFUL place this is to stay. From the staff to the rooms, it's fabulous. They're truly dog friendly. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable. It's small and quiet. We had a beautiful view from our room. I can't say enough. Rarely do I stay somewhere and think, "Next time I'm in this town I will stay here." I look forward to my next visit to Bend, as this was memorable.

This is a gem close to the Old Mill District and downtown Bend. We walked along both sides of the river to dinner in the Old Mill district with has amazing shopping and many restaurants right on the riverfront.
The room was huge with a living room and balcony overlooking the river. There was a fridge, microwave, fireplace and coffee in the room.
The breakfast was a real step up from the usual with "real" bakery goods, yogurt with berries, real orange juice and excellent coffee. We were greeted with a glass of wine. Would love to return.
