Just one night stopping over on our way South. The room was comfortable. The bed was a little hard for our tastes. Having the Black Bear diner out front made it easy to eat.

Very accommodating thru the app. Liked very much the location of hotel and the restaurant. Centrally located to all good things in Bend. Only thing i didn’t like was the sound of the railway behind the bldg but that was short lived

The staff were courteous and kind. This place is great if traveling with pets and the location is great for walkable dining choices. They even have California king size beds! Which is a wonderful choice if traveling with your certified giant. Will definitely stay again!

Nice Hotel
Very nice, clean, budget friendly hotel. Great location, Black Bear Diner next door. Would have rated all 5 stars but felt the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat for our liking.

We had stayed on this property years ago when it was a different hotel and WOW, what an incredible makeover and upgrade! I was genuinely surprised by the extensive renovation the Waypoint had undertaken and the results were impressive. I love the crisp, boutique feel of this property. All the staff we had interactions with were very pleasant, helpful, and responsive to requests. Our room was very clean, quiet, and inviting. We had to travel north, east, and south for various reasons, and because we were conveniently located in the heart of Bend, we found ourselves within a very short drive to all of our destinations. I hope the Waypoint's future plans will include offering a free breakfast, or at least a light continental style breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to Bend!
