Affordable hotel with nice amenities.

Great deal on a hotel with many amenities. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tubs and saunas. Room was spacious with kitchenette and large TV. The hotel needs updating but is clean and affordable. It's a good idea to turn the heater off before going to sleep, it can get noisy. We will stay here again. Thankyou.

Comfortable rooms right on the river

I've stayed there twice in the past month for surgery. Both times we stayed we had Lisa at the front desk. Lisa went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Not only did she make sure we had a bottom floor due to my disability but she also made sure we were as close as possible to the spa area so i could soak in the hot tub for massage therapy. I would recommend the Shilo Inn of Bend to anyone. I would also like to thank Lisa again for the hospitality. I believe in customer service and having an employee like her will keep my fiancee and I coming back for years to come.

We arrived late with our two children. Check in was great, front desk staff was friendly. When we got into our room though, it was very dirty. I would have gone to the front desk to complain but my husband said it was late and we needed sleep for our early long day the next day. Floors were not vacuumed, sheets were not clean. A big wad of hair was on the floor, not ours, as well as in the sinks. It was very disappointing.

Friendly staff but dated

The hotel is nice but obviously needs to be updated. Clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Super kid friendly. Do not do the complimentary breakfast though. It was a disaster and not pleasing at all. We went to IHOP the second day.

River views, friendly staff

Nice views if you get a room on the river. Breakfast was good. Pool facility was great with various amenities. Staff was very friendly. It’s an older motel. Downsides to the room were no table, very soft pillows and old mattresses. Not a bad nights sleep, but not the best.

They over booked for what we reserved, but no problem, they were able to upgrade us. We were right on the river with ducks visiting our patio door. We got a fire place and Jacuzzi tub. The continental breakfast was very nice.

Great weekend

Hot tubs, pool and saunas plus a decent breakfast made our experience very relaxing. The room included a small kitchen/bar and was very spacious. We will stay again soon

Awesome hotel on the river

Checked in, ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room is very nice, comfortable, with a nice balcony over looking the river. Great place, will be back.
