We stayed a few months ago and were really pleased. If this was our first visit we’d never go back. The carpet in the room was filthy, stains on curtains, and the bathroom sink was dirty and cracked. It was like staying in a different hotel.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for Fall. It's warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and the breakfast here was better than at the Hilton in Portland. There was fresh biscuits and gravy, plus eggs amongst other things. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Redmond!

Good choice
Far enough off the main road to have little traffic noise at night. Pet friendly with an extra fee. Only one entrance point into the hotel though (but other exits) so if you’re on the end of the hallway by an exit, be prepared to walk back through the lobby to get back to your room.

The room was clean and adequate. For a 2 day stay with no housekeeping it would be nice to have a couple extra towels and wash cloths. Very sparse. Other than when we checked in and waited for the person to come from the back room, we never saw a staff person at the desk. The only staff we saw was in the breakfast area which was kept clean by the staff. Food was about on par with the hotel. The coffee was like hot water though.

It was a great place to stay but the clerks need to improve the information they give their guests upon check in. For example guests should be notified that housekeeping only comes every 3rd day. We ran out of towels, sugar, cream, cups and tea and had to keep calling or going down to the front desk for our supplies. Had we known housekeeping wasn’t going to make up our room, we would have made adjustments to our schedule.

Property is clean w/ ample parking. Kids used indoor pool. Restaurant next door (I think is affiliated w/ this hotel) which we ordered from-$88 for 5 people wasn’t bad & we had pizza left over. Breakfast in morning w/ great w/ many choices. Only cons: wish tv in room was bigger. Kids from another room running up & down hall @ 8pm. Never heard them once they went to their room tho’.
