Great condo with golf course view

The condo was great for a short stay in sunriver. We really enjoyed the separate dining and sleeping area. The bathrooms were clean and remodeled. Kitchenette was stocked and was able to make meals without a problem. Housekeeping was very helpful and considerate during our stay. We would definitely stay here as we enjoyed the view of the golf course very much.

Nice lodge close to the golf course, and the river

We had a lovely stay here. Wish it had been longer. Cute rooms with a decent kitchen area and an upstairs loft and additional bathroom.

Excellent place to stay

Clean and cozy rooms. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Great food options. Great views. We loved it here and will be back! Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor never disappoint.

Pros: Friendly staff and beautiful resort
Cons: Please have coffee in the lobby for guests in the morning that do not want to go to the Cafe. It would be much easier.
Love the resort and the staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend...We just wish that Coffee was easy access to guests at the lobby rather than we have to order to the host every time we want coffee in the morning. As we have stayed at other Destination hotel/resort and coffee was at the lobby early morning. Other than that---it was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Cons: CABLE DID NOT WORK
GREAT ROOM. VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. LOTS TO DO IN NEARBY VICINITY. SUNRIVER SHOULD BE ON YOUR RADAR.

Nice hotel, but need a little upgrade

Cons: Facilities and service
We and our friend had booked 2 lofts during New Year Day. We have good experience at Sunriver Resort, and we really enjoy the beautiful winter landscape nearby. We like the open interior layout of the lofts we stayed, however, some facility of our friends' loft didn't work well, and there's no oven inside the lofts' kitchens...Another problem was, after we were back from Ski, we found the routine house cleaning work wasn't completely finished in one of our units... other than these problems, it's a nice resort.

Enchanting Christmas in SunRiver

Pros: The beautiful decorations and the many walking opportunities. The Pub and village are also excellent!
Cons: The River room we stayed in needs to be updated.
Location: Snow shoe, walking, Pub and firepit are all awesome.
First holiday without family so we headed to the SunRiver Resort! We have stayed many times but never over the Christmas holidays. The resort was decorated beautifully and there was just enough snow to make it a white Christmas. Our River lodge room was nice but not as pretty as the last time we stayed. I think some of the rooms have been updated and we must have ended up in an older unit this time. The chairs were not leather . . . older upholstered fabric. The menu at the restaurant for Christmas Eve was somewhat limited and a bit of a disappointment but we still had a wonderful time! The Christmas lights and warm welcome from the staff more than made up for the menu. SunRiver is always a treat and we look forward to a repeat trip.

LOUSY CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY

Pros: THE ROOM AND VIEW
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE
MY WIFE AND I WENT FOR A 2 NIGHT STAY -CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY, THE SECOND DAY -THE ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED BECAUSE THEY LET THERE ENTIRE CLEANING STAFF OFF AT NOON FOR CHRISTMAS. THE HOT TUB WAS BROKEN DOWN AT OUR COMPLEX, WE WERE TAKEN TO ANOTHER AREA TO USE THE HOT TUB ,WE WERE DROPPED OFF AND THE DRIVER WAS GOING TO GO AND GET SOME TOWELS FOR US AND PICK US BACK UP IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WE NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN , HAD TO WALK BACK TO OUR ROOM WITH NO TOWELS. IT IS A VERY NICE PLACE BUT THE SERVICE AND STAFF NEED SOME WORK. MY WIFE AN I HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS THE LAST 20 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE WORST AS FAR AS STAFF AND SERVICE. PROBABLY WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.
