Travelled with my partner. The gal at check in was super sweet and knowledgeable. Hotel is dated, but very clean and you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk into the room...pool as well. Location was great and close to lots of pubs, restaurants, stores. Price was worth the stay.

I’m writting this review before I have talked to the staff so I’m sure it will be addressed. Desk person was super nice, helpful and engaging. I thought I was going to have my little dog with me which would have put us on the 3rd floor ( husband was worried about it hurting his knee). She found us a room on the first floor away from the kids birthday party that was going on lol. I do however have 2 complaints. Bathroom floor is not only sticky but has med length black hair all over it. Also the coffee takes horrible. It takes like either dirty water or fake coffee. Either way it’s not enjoyable I would however still recommend this place because of location, pool, continental breakfast, rooms are cozy

Stellar front desk service!
The hotel is outdated, but has a indoor pool, hot tub, and a basic breakfast. The room was small and the bed not very comfortable. I was in pet room which could make a difference. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me and Im so thankful. I failed to catch her name, but just want her to know how much I appreciated her trust. I will definitely stay again!

The staff is super friendly loved my stay only thing I would complain on is my room had a weird smell like a wet dog or an old man smell idk what better way to say it but I don’t like to complain so I ended getting a candle I would def stay again

The room had a weird smell. The halls were very dirty. I have difficulty with stairs and the one thing that i noticed was that you had to go up a few stairs to go to the office and the pool and the breakfast room. That would be very concerning for someone who is in a wheelchair. They would need to go out the back and around the building to gain access to those areas. I was not a happy camper when i had just driven all day, checked into my room them left to go get dinner and when i got back my room key wouldn't work. Mind you i had my purse, a backpack, a drink and a bag of food in my hands and had to walk back up to the front desk to tell them. She tried to blame it on my key fob and phone but it was not stored near those things. I went back down the hallway, all the way at the end, and again it didn't work. So i had to walk back up again and got a new key. At this point my knee was hurting and i was quite grumpy. It was ok for the price and location and at least the pool was clean unlike the other super 8 i stayed in

Super 8 Sucks in Bend Oregon
The room smelled bad. The maids went in while we were gone. We didnt ask for maid service. We had a 3 nite booking. And was asked to leave after 2nd day because they didnt like my partner. Was told we would get a refund when i went to get the refund they said no because we were smoking in the room and we were not. So no refund WOULD NOT recomended Super 8 In BEND OREGON

I was able to get a good night's sleep at this hotel. If that's all you need, then this is the place for you. However, the beds are a bit high, making it difficult for my older family members to get onto them.

Very comfortable spacious room. Liked the free coffee and tea available 24 hrs. The hot tub was very relaxing. They have a laundry room which is very convenient. Close to local restaurants and near the downtown historic district.

Pet Urine Odor Nightmare
We stayed in a “pet friendly” room, we arrived at midnight after a 6 hour trip only to discover that the room had an overpowering smell of animal urine. The front desk gentleman was very kind however he explained the hotel was completely sold out. Needless to say I slept with a blanket over my face to try and filter out the smell. Even with spraying perfume and opening the window and turning up the air conditioner the smell was overwhelming. The hotel needs to either shampoo the carpet or remove it and replace it with tile or laminate. This was completely unsanitary and if it had not been the middle of the night we would have asked for a refund and slept in our car.

Friendly Staff and Fun Breakfast!!!
The Manager on Duty, Vera, could not have been nicer! Gave us all needed info and was super pleasant! The lobby was decorated for Halloween which was very welcoming. And breakfast was awesome!!! We had never before seen a pancake machine! Fabulous!!! Would definitely recommend the hotel!!!!

Outside of the building was nice and clean. Except for our first room we told the person in charge that it smelled like dog or cat she/he seemed to get mad ( well i can refund your money. I told the person if we can just have another room because it smelled musty) besides that it was clean.

The hallways smell like a poor attempt to cover decades of cigarette smoke. It was clean, but hard to disguise the west and tear of an old property. There was no caffeinated coffee in the room, only decaf. Staff was nice enough but average.

Decent budget friendly stay
Booked this property because it is pet friendly. Checked in. Got to our room & then were told that we can’t have a dog in the room they gave us. Then told us that they didn’t have any more pet friendly rooms available. However, a call to the manager & a $10 pet fee later we were able to stay in our room. Bed was super uncomfortable so a rough night sleep but otherwise a decent hotel for a quick overnight trip.

The lady that works here is super nice but the room... I've stayed in a few hotels while traveling and I've never had a room smell like pee before but for 150 what can you expect

It was okay. Because I asked to check in a little early I was put on the second floor far from the office. I felt isolated and saw and heard out my window several homeless people and some doing drugs. I always made sure all my locks were locked. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean so no complaints there.

Wheelchair vs disabled room
First time travel with my mom after her stroke. Our first room was wheelchair assessable but I needed a disabled room. They quickly made the change for us. Which meant the shower had safety bars and shower chair and more room to move the wheelchair around the room. It was a blessing. Thanks.

No elevator really sucked if you were on the 3rd floor. Breakfast hours ending at 9:00 a.m. really sucked. People are barely awake at that hour, and everything was shut down right on the hour. People pay to have access to some kind of food. Lame.

The room was extremely musty/old cigarettes smell that won't go away until you take the carpet out gross. We went and bought an air freshener. The outlet or the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The TV remote wouldn't allow us to change chanel without typing numbers. The pool was nice, could use a resurfacing.

Stuff was unplugged behind bed, staff didnt fix from previous guest. So no clock or lights. Construction on stairs hammering until after 8pm when had to call front desk and they were rude about things.
