nice hotel, close to Sister's Quilt show

Pros: Biscuits & gravy
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: Quilt shops & saw that there was a car show/event going on
Only problem, it was very hot & the air conditioner was noisy. When it cycled during the night it woke me.

A REAL BARGAIN

Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Nothing,these folks are constantly updating .
Location: Everything is close , even the mountains .
Nice staff,easy reach too all Redmond has to offer.

Waiting for moving van

Pros: Good bed
Cons: All of the above
1. Door VERY hard to open and slow to close. 2. Right side of bed had no table and light. 3. Needed to stay extra night and rate up a lot. 4. Breakfast had very few choices so we never ate there.

Pros: It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was wonderful.
Cons: It was fine.
There wasn't much of a view out the window, but I didn't pay for a view. I paid for a clean, comfortable room and a hot shower and that's exactly what I got. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I don't remember the lady's name that checked me in, but she was great at her job and made me feel very cared-for. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Convenient to work related venue I attended.

Cons: Wash/replace bed comforter if stained
Location: Near airport, 10 minutes from convention center and many restaurants in the area.
Very quiet relaxing room. Bed was comfortable, the comforter could have used being washed though. Clean sheets and blankets.

emergency family trip

Pros: one helpful staff member and the availability of hot water for tea that did not taste like coffee
Cons: more comfortable beds and chairs, attention to cleanliness and being sure that the accommodation promised on the phone was ready and available
when we arrived they did not have the king room with both a refrigerator and microwave that we requested and had called the motel the day before to confirm that we would have that accommodation. they said that there was no record of our request and no availability of our desired room. Since we were exhausted we settled for the double queen room that they offered. I found food that had been left in the refrigerator. The beds and the chairs were not comfortable. When we were checking in there were no carts to help us get our luggage to our room. fortunately one staff member Jennifer was helpful.

horrible hotel!

Cons: EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
We booked the last available room at Super 8 in Redmond, Or. We quickly found that not only was the toilet broken, but there was a plunger still in the room- obviously staff knew there was a problem already. Called for help twice; both times someone at the front desk came to fix the toilet. First time we were told it just flushed slow; second time we were told it was fixed and then proceeded to get a lecture from the guy on the difference between malfunction/broken vs clogged- as if we cared, we just wanted the bathroom to work! At 8:00am a maid opened the door without knocking; at 8:30 maintenance came, but by then we were desperate to leave. Maintenance said he had JUST heard of the problem and was sorry, but clearly that means hotel staff did not attempt to have toilet fixed at any other time. Still angry about the whole experience- clearly if I had wanted to camp and 'rough it,' I would not have paid $90 to do so.

I stayed two nights, the first night good. Some minor problem. Second night was not good our toilet plugged up about 8 pm which I know that happens the issue is that I asked 3 times for It to be fixed and it never was we checked out with a clogged toilet. That did not make me very happy. Another thing I spilled something on the bed yes that was my fault went downstairs to tell them that I needed new bedding she came up and the front desk person just handed me the bedding. That was strange for me in other hotels the people that clean the room cone and change your bedding(so my daughter and I had to do it)
