close to event

Posted Apr 14, 2017
Pros: Convenience to our venue
Cons: carpet cleaning did not get up stains.
Room smelled a little when entered. Appeared to try to mask smell with artificial scents. Was still a little uncomfortable. Left window open - helped, but had to close since we were on the ground floor.

Short stay

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Handicap room - bath tub should not have sides but an opening that I could get into Don't use chair yet. I thought the towels were not quality and the blanket on bed was too thin for the cold. I like to open a window to sleep and not have the furnace running. Liked the refrigerator and microwave. Rest was good.

Needs some maintenance

Posted Apr 6, 2017
Have stayed at this hotel 5 times over past 5 years. This last time might be the last. Mini fridge made noises all night. Floors were very dirty and spa wasn't even warm. The staff was friendly and apologetic but there needs to be some money spent to correct some things. For the price there are better options but it has always been our go to place. Be warned if you choose this Super 8 as it is no better than a 3 star hotel.

Spring Break getaway

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Easy access to hotel from highway, so considering its at the south end of town, this is not a problem. There is plenty of options around the area for eats, but still made a trip into Redmond for food. Like I said with highway access town is minutes away. I view using these types of hotels as a clean place to sleep, if it doesn't meet this criteria then the point has been missed. We didn't spend time in the hotel, we were out and about. Came back from our excursions and slept in a nice bed. Smith Rock is just out of town, and the Painted hills is approx 2hrs depending on how u drive.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your response. As a Super 8 we provide clean rooms at a fair price, and travelers such as yourself are exactly the type of customers we love to serve. Keep coming back!

Close to where we wrestle

Posted Jan 17, 2017 on Orbitz
It's not bad. Small pool. Tiny hot tub. We're kinda nasty. No trash liners in the garbage cans for some reason. Parking lot small and will get ticket if you park where they tell you there overflow parking is. But this just seems to be typical stuff for the town of Redmond. Even all the restaurants or have a low ratings.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We try our best to be a green hotel, and in addition offer a large wrap around parking lot that offers ample parking options. Our pool is one of the largest in Redmond, however not olympic size by any means. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to try our best to meet all guests needs and expectations.

Friendly at front desk. Good breakfast. Pet friendly. Good location but needs additional parking. Hotel was quiet and fit our needs. Will definitely stay there again.

Quality of Rooms Reflects Cheap Price

Posted Dec 30, 2016
Pros: Price and waffles.
Cons: Just maintain the rooms better and provide better blankets and pillows.
Location: Close to BNSF line. Be aware of the potential train horn or three at night.
Ozone air cleaner running in room upon arrival, thin blankets and walls, sad number of pillows, broken shower head holder, and bad lighting. But, I can't say I was surprised. At least it was cheap!
