The Downtowner Apartment is a fantastic 2 bedroom/1 bath upstairs hideaway. Surrounded by all that downtown Bend has to offer, this loft style apartment is the perfect getaway within walking distance of the best that Bend has to offer! It is private and is the only unit in the beautiful building. This surprisingly spacious open concept home boasts a gas fireplace, fully appointed, large kitchen, modern bathroom and dreamy patio where you can sip coffee and enjoy the sounds of Bend's beloved downtown!

Great location, spacious and clean space
This is a great location in Bend, just a block from all the downtown activity. Spacious and clean upstairs apartment with a working fireplace and two bedrooms. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Would recommend and would stay again. Bathroom counter space is limited if you’re staying with multiple guests, but with only two people it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t change our satisfaction with the place. Thank you for sharing your great space!

Everything was fine except the carpet was really dirty. Is this what my cleaning deposit was used for? I would expect when I checked in that I would be able to sit on a carpeted floor but no way as it was so dirty. In addition the pictures of the deck show a grill. I even called to verify! No gril! Which was one of the reasons I rented this location. I have pictures of carpet and no grill on deck. Also what is the Arrived company? I have been renting from you for years and this is the first time I have had a third party contact me. I am respectfully asking for my cleaning deposit to be returned— I am sure your cleaners told u it was left in good condition

The perfect location
Perfectly located by the heart of downtown. Only issue was, no wifi connection to TV. The pillows need to be replaced. Outside of those minor issues the place is near perfect.

Great location to explore Bend!
We loved our stay here! Perfect location to walk around and explore bend. Close to the river, breweries, restaurants. The bedrooms are a good size and the unit is very comfortable for 4 adults.
