Accosted at the door for Covid protocols. A bizarre moment to start the process given packed stadiums across the country and literally only 10 people inside a very large check in area with 4 people crowded behind the counter! Basically treated like a vaccinated leper with a mask on. A bit surreal two years into the pandemic. Then, when going to other parts of the property (skating rink, bar) virtually no-one wearing masks or really social distancing. I guess the check in is the most important? Got to the room and discovered the TV on the ceiling and I do like to watch TV in bed to relax. It was perched on what appeared to be a bunk beds top bunk. When I asked the front desk if they could move me to a different room I was informed that I was staying in a "private" room (one owned by an individual) and that I had booked through a third party app (Expedia) and that I could go pound sand. Funny, because through the entire experience, from the booking (even on the app) to the visit alerts, to the emails, text messages, and actual check in it was ALL 7th Mountain (Wyndam) communication and representation. I understand what a VRBO is and this was NEVER represented as such. But still, sorry can't help ya but is there anything else I can do to make your stay better?!?! Anyway, let the buyer beware, when booking a stay here you can't trust what you see. This used to be a nice property and still is from the "digs" themselves but there is a huge disconnect somewhere.
