Average hotel

The hotel needs refurbishment. The staff were very good. The wi-fi signal was not getting into my room.

Reasonable place for its money

Posted Jul 6, 2011
It's a reasonable hotel to stay in for 3 days. Breakfast buffet was good and was included in the price. It is centrally located though there are no nearby amenities (for e.g. restaurants, shops, pharmacies).

Kind and friendly staff, but couldn't wait to leave after 5 hours.

We arrived around midnight and only planned to stay until 9am. The staff was kind and friendly, but the room wreaked of mothballs. We could not wait to get out because of the mothball smell. Otherwise, this was a decent low-cost night's stay. There is also a complimentary breakfast in the morning that was alright. The chai was great!

Share your room with mouses

Posted Dec 26, 2010 on Hotels
At first everything was very nice, much more than I expected. Nice room and nice reception. The price and the standards were excellent. Breakfast was really good too. Now, I had a little problem when I was sleeping. At 5am I woke up with a mouse on my leg...I wasn´t expecting a "shared" room...I actually took a picture of the little fella and went to reception in the moring and showed it to them. To my surprise they didn´t seemed surprised. They avoided offering me a discount or any other sort of appology, but also tried to charge me 15 rupees for a packet of crisps I eat the previous day. I said to them "the mouse eat them...". It was a great disappointment since I thought at first instance that this place had potential to be great for that price. Maybe it was just bad luck, rats are all over Bangalore, but for sure I wont come back to this Hotel. After I claimed they should have offered at least an apology and they seemed more entertained than bothered, I think they may have more of those little friends in those beds... Thanks.
