"Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Great airport hotel. Took a little finding as it wasn’t a walk from Terminal 2 (you need to get the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 and then walk from there). Very impressive main areas and welcoming staff. Rooms are functional rather than extravagant but still more than adequate for a transit stay. Dinner included in our room rate was much better than we hoped. A very comprehensive buffet of Indian and Western dishes. Complimentary drop off at T2 for our early morning flight was very welcome. Would definitely return if transiting through Bangalore. "

The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional.
