“Our room was absolutely rotten. Our bed had really bad stains on it but they tried to cover it up with another sheet. The pillowcases didn’t even fit the pillows. New sheet put on but didn’t even go right round the bed. The dust was horrendous. We ran our fingers over the surface and left the load of dust to see how long it would take for it to be cleaned and when we were checking out the dust was still there in full sight so that was 8 days it sat on a pile. The water in the sink took forever……

“The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). “2nd year here. Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, modern with huge wrap around balcony. Good A/C. Views to the sea. Pool is lovely too. Best thing it’s always quiet- never full. Mobility scooter charge points x 3 at rear. Learned this year there is a free laundry room with 4 washing machines and a dryer. Took advantage of this and next year will only bring a tiny case. Only tiny improvement would be a few more umbrellas around pool would be great. Oh- great position and for older couple it’s……
