“Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and……

“Carmen was an absolute joy! She is a top shelf hostess! She showed us all of the instructions for the property and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of València was amazing and she departed her wisdom upon us. The property is very clean. The size and accommodations are as advertised.
