Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning key delivery 212 €
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 25 €
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
Modern villa with breathtaking panoramic views and private pool. A very nice and comfortable furnished house with comfortable furnishings. The house is located in a very quiet residential area.

The plot has about 1,100 square meters and is divided into several terraces, which are connected by stairs. There is a large pool terrace with fantastic panoramic views, and a further terrace with pergola.

The house has 2 levels: at the upper floor is a very well furnished living-dining room with access to the covered terrace (with steps to the pool terrace), 1 american kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom; on the ground floor (connected by internal stairs) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. From here you have direct access to the pool.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet location in a single-family house settlement.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and shops are about 1.5 - 2 km away. The nearest beach is a romantic pebble beach, where there is also a Chiringuita in summer. Very suitable for families with children who like snorkeling and diving (since there is a rock for jumping).
Even the sandy beach of Moraira and El Portet is only a few minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday
