Great hotel inside the airport.

Pros: Beds are super comfy. Hotel seemed very clean.
Cons: The light wasn't working in the room when we first got in, but they came and fixed it after asking twice.
Location: All the food is right next to the hotel. Mexico city is about 20 minutes to the downtown part.
The hotel is on like the 3rd floor. You will take an escalator to the second level and than another escalator/elevator to the hotel. Easy location. Easy to find. You can see it from the first floor. There are signs in the airport directing you to the hotel. You will go down one escalator to all the food: Starbucks, McDonald, tons of Mexican fast food places. Hotel is nice. Staff is nice. Its a Hilton and what you get is a Hilton hotel. If you dont want to stay in Mexico City and stay at the hotel its fine but it will be about a 20 minute drive to the downtown mexico city part. Its not a bad drive. The taxis at the airport are probably the best condition taxis out of all mexico city.

Airport Hotel

Very quiet. Easily located. Friendly staff This should be all you need but Expedia seems to need more

So covenient

Nothing like walking out of your hotel and straight into the concourse. Perfect convenience. Plus, staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby had a great view of planes coming and going. Room had no view, but that didn't both us. It was a very dark and quiet room, perfect for a long sleep.

Good but terribly expensive

Good hotel but not worth 200 USD per day. Location is great. But so are three other hotels.

Location: good choice if you have a connection flight
excellent choice if you need to stay at the airport. everything is high quality, very clean hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Needs a retractable facial mirror. Breakfast is not free and is not worth the money.

Too Expensive no internet

Pros: Location (in the Airport)
Cons: Service, internet and if they know that anyone will repair or build anything they need to inform the guests.
Location: Mexico City Airport and the international departure terminal
It took some time for the check in, they offered internet in the rooms but no internet at all. I asked them to check if it was a problem with the router or any technical problem but after 3 times no one checked anything. Construction noises in the middle of the night (it was impossible to slept).

Excellent Hotel at MEX Airport

Excellent option if stay close or at the airport in Mexico City is required. Well located at Terminal 1 has restaurant and room service 24/7. Breakfast served starting at 5:30 am.

Great service, convenient location, so-so room

This was a nice stay for the convenience of being at the airport terminal. Concierge arranging our day's transportation was excellent.
