Our hotel has switched to housekeeping upon request, in order to do our part for the environment. This should have been told to you at check in, we all be having a discussion with Front Desk staff to ensure this is being informed to every guest. I would like to apologize for this inconvenience. The check-in folks were lovely and tried to help each time I came down to find out why I couldn’t get the television to work. I also let her know that the stopper in the sink wasn’t engaged. a man came in during my third trip down to the check-in desk and said something about my complaining. I was actually just asking for help thinking that I didn’t know how to work the television. He may have been a manager I don’t know. The check-in lady moved me to a second room where the television worked, but the sink was cracked and there were other Elements in the room that needed fixing lampshades, etc. The room was clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

First, I would stay here again. But Had issues with coffee pot not working( fixed the problem my self). Had to have maintenance come to reset TV, showed static upon arrival. Have to manually change channels with up/ down button which was tedious. I had my laptop so ended up watching shows on that. Staff was nice and helpful.

The name of the facility is quality, yet it was an everything short of quality. There was mold around the cabinet that held the tv, dead bugs on the floor, dirty hair on floor in back of commode. The tissue roll was very loose on the wall. This facility could use an upgrade. Complementary breakfast is a joke. The staff was nice and friendly.

Mold all over bathroom ceiling. Gnats was all in the room everywhere. Beds was like laying on a concrete floor.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was a constant issue with small flying gnats or flies in the room.
The metal surrounding the bottom of the bed made noises whenever getting on or off the bed.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. Checkin was seamless. Once I got to the room I noticed housekeeping hadn’t left towels and washcloths. I went back down to the front desk and the lady there provided me adequate towels and wash cloths for my stay. My only complaint would be they should be mindful of the rooms assigned. The hotel wasn’t full. They later checked in two families with small kids that knew each other on both sides of me. Both mornings I was awaken from the kids and adults going from room to room and talking loud outside of the rooms.

When we checked in and used our credit card the desk clerk said it didn’t go through the first time. My husband said that the machine said it was approved. The clerk said do it again because it didn’t go through on her side. He did it again. Of course we were charged twice for the room. The clerk said it would take two to three business days for the charge to come off. 😡 when we got to the room I needed to use the bathroom right away. On the toilet seat was dried drops of urine. I saw it and thought maybe it was stained. I got a wet piece of toilet paper and said out loud that I was going to be angry if it came off. It did come off! That means the whole room was probably dirty. We immediately went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies. We could have complained but the hotel was full and we needed a place to sleep. Then at 2:30 in the morning we were awakened by the fire alarm. Long story short they never found the reason for the alarm. We missed a couple of hours of sleep. We will never stay again.

Friendly staff helped make up for an old and aging property. Room was as clean as they could make a decaying property be. Furnishings and room amenities, with the exception of an old dirty land line phone, were clean and up to date. Room access is from outdoors. No interior access could be an issue for some.

Room was better than expected for the price. Clean with relatively new furnishings. Nice TV. Comfortable (firm) beds.
My 2 complaints:
1. AC was somewhat loud when it came on
2. No USB outlets in the room. If you need to charge a phone, tablet, etc. that requires USB, you had better bring a USB charge adapter for an AC outlet.
