No shampoo and no conditioner. My room was very dirty and sticky and the towels were full of hair. My toilet was not clean and there’s water stains everywhere. I took a shower and I came out itchy.

The elevator floor was nasty like I was in the projects. The hallways very very dark and unattractive. I would not recommend this property for single female travelers at all. My refrigerator door had all this nasty looking rust marks on it I can't even believe they put that in my room. The pillows were not comfortable. The TV was dated . I usually don't stay at hotels like this believe people live there which make it feel weird and not like a hotel. I can't believe they can't run a broom and a swifter on that damn elevator floor at least once every 4 hours.

We had hair and stains on one bed and a big stain on the other. The lady at the front desk was horrible. She acted like it was are fault the room was disgusting. We immediately checked out as soon as we saw the room. Don’t ever stay at this disgusting hotel.

The friendly hard working ladies who worked check in are the only reason why this is not 1 star. The facilities are old. Lighting is very dim, many items inside the rooms are "dingy" and broken such as the frame of mirrors breaking up and permanent discoloration in tub and sink. It was not a comfortable stay.

Stay America in Bensalem is conveniently located minutes from the Parx Casino and Xcite Center. Positive aspects: * Budget-friendly: Great option for budget-conscious travelers. * Attentive staff: The staff was helpful, welcoming, and informative. * Speedy check-in: Quick and efficient check-in process. * Decent breakfast: Morning coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and grab-and-go options like bars and oatmeal. Areas for improvement: * Rooms and decor: This is clean but could benefit from a refresh with new paint, new fixtures, and furniture. Overall: A good value for the price, ($67) but the rooms could use some updating.

Equipped Kitchen is accurate only if you ask for dishes, etc. at front desk and carry them to your room. Even then, you will not get everything you need - no cups, bowls, or toaster provided. Finally did get cups and bowls later but toasters were not available because “they walk.” I suggested this was the cost of doing business to which the staff turned her back.

Upon checking in which was very late at night we were informed that the hotel would have no water after 9am. Now after waking up early to take a shower the water was turned off earlier than 9am. The smell in the room was horrible the condition of the furniture was all beat up. Very horrible experience at this property would never recommend.

The front desk representative at checkin was unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes All night the refrigerator and heater was in competion of who can make the loudness noise.

The room was very old and needed updating, when they say free breakfast you expect a breakfast not a breakfast bar or muffin, my son has a job where he cannot leave at 5:00 so he called the front desk and told them he would be coming in on thanksgiving morning they told him they would leave a message, and when I checked it wendsday night I told the manager he would be in on Thursday morning she said she would leave a message for the morning manager. When my son tried to check in he was told the room was not available anymore even though the day manager and the night manager was told. When I talked to the night manager about what happened she said there was 24 rooms advailable and that the day manager should of charged him 10.00 the day manager was very rude my son had to try to find a room on thanksgiving day. Will not ever book with that hotel chain anymore. I would appreciate a response on the problem that we had.
