Smell

This Non-Smoking room smelled so bad that I had to spray so much.

I had 1 night reserved as I like this place and its convenient so I added a 2nd night, I asked the front desk girl if I was going to have to reregister again and was told no, sun morning I went out for a bit and took my bag and my laptop with me, came back late and could not get in bldg., so stayed elsewhere, came back early Monday morning to take my beer out of refrigerator, after front desk made me new key, go in room, no housekeeping done, but, beer gone 20 bottles, went down reported it they gave me 27,00 refund. should of been stay price also but I wasn't going to argue, it's a shame because I liked this place but I won't ever stay here again

I would rather not write about it because i don’t have facts as to my experience so its better, not to comment, but let me just say i won’t go back here nor recommend it, its a shame liked this place and was convenient for me

Always a great staff here from the front desk employees to the housekeeping staff, comfy bed, excrllent location and peaceful, like this hotel

Booked hotel and specified 2 beds and nonsmoking. Got there and was given 1 bed and smoking for my famiy ( 2 adults and 2 young kids). Complained and was told that was the only room. We had no choice but to pack up and drive back home ( 4 hour drive middle of the night with 2 kids). Expedia tried to help but wasn't able to find us a hotel and gave us $25 coupon for the trouble- which was for me not enough for all the hassle and trouble.

The rooms need to be cleaned better the linen smelled and there was molding in the bathroom

Not bad for a night or too but lacks the hotel feel with amenities . Breakfast was a coffee bar and granola bars (grab n go) .
