Low budget

The rooms need to be cleaned better the linen smelled and there was molding in the bathroom

Not bad for a night or too but lacks the hotel feel with amenities . Breakfast was a coffee bar and granola bars (grab n go) .

Extremely Low Budget

Prior to my stay, I'd never stayed at an Extended Stay. I reluctantly decided to stay at this hotel due to the lack of REASONABLY priced options close to the Sesame Street Park. I figured that for the amount of money that I was paying (a little over 100 dollars per night), that the room would be semi comfortable. Upon arrival I realized that the hotel was not only very much below my standards but also on the same level as a Knights Inn Hotel. The room offered a muggy smell (lack of circulation or venting), a broken scraped up dresser, extremely dirty and rusted smoke detector, liquid stained headboards, hard uncomfortable bed linens, dirty kitchen drawers, small 19' television for a room that included 2 beds, 6 channels, and grimy unclean carpet. On top of all of the above mentioned, the room did not include any kind of verbiage that informed you of any amenities offered....wait...because they offered absolutely NO amenities at all. One of the main reasons why I reserved the room was due to the kitchen area that was offered. I have 3 children and I enjoy the luxury of being able to cook for them at times throughout our vacation. Well the kitchen did not offer any kind of eating utensils. You had to personally go to the desk to obtain those items. I declined and went to purchase my own...including pots and pans. I was informed that they do not offer any sort of cleaning during your stay unless you are there for 8 nights...!! Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was good the only problem I had to go back eight days later because they charged me a $70 when I checked in and they wouldn't refund it.

Do you need something?

If you are in need of anything like a plate or silverware or towels you need to get it from the front desk. There is no silverware or utensils in the kitchen, no coffemaker etc. tThe front desk employee was rude when we arrived and worse when we asked for things. The rest of the staff are polite.

Also, our brand standard requires us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites to ensure its cleanliness. A Paid Nightmare!

I chose this place for a family vacation trip to Sesame place. I checked in and checked out in an hour's time. The staff is indifferent, the whole place smells and there were live cockroaches roaming around the controls in the AC unit. Avoid this place at all cost.

The staff was unfriendly. The staff was unfriendly There was a smidget of 💩 on the wall beside the toilet tissue

Decent rooms horrible staff!

Pros: The open spacing of the room and the double beds.
Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms and the appearance and quality of the front staff.
Location: Very little within walking distance, plenty of stuff within a short drive and only a 15 minute drive to sesame street theme park.
Upon arriving, I was informed by staff that utensils will not be provided and, I have to come to the front desk to pick them up, talk about great service not. Also, they did not have a child's pack n play, which when travelling with infants is an absolute must. I specified online when, I booked the room, that, I would need one, but they still did not have one for me.
