There was quite a lot wrong with this stay and our room in particular. Firstly--this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Not only is it dated but many things in the room itself needed to be fixed or replaced. -The room: There were big spots on the bathroom door and the weird little "room dividing" wall that had clearly been damaged and poorly patched. The dresser where the TV was had a huge chunk of the bottom of it torn off. -The window: pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to open the window and climb out because there's no screen or ANY safety implement in place (did I mention we were on the third floor?) That and there were bugs (like box elder and gnats etc) all over the windowsill due to it not being a sealed window. There was also ant repellant powder just sitting in the corner of the window (a child could have easily found it). -The bed: while comfortable, there were numerous stains on the sheets and blankets. -The bathroom: the showerhead was barely attached, and incorrectly at that, and the cover to the tissue box by the sink was broken off and just laying under the sink. -The noise: you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside the room. Unfortunately some man next door was ill or something, coughing and vomiting could be heard all night, as well as another man screaming in the hallway late at night and pretty much every conversation outside the door. All in all, not a great stay. DEFINITELY not worth the price.

When we check in got into our room there were dead flies on the window sill and live flies flying around. They moved us to another room and it was the same thing with the flies. The screen was ripped and they left the window open. The door wasn’t working to get into our room so the front desk had to let us in until they finally fixed it and will never again stay there.

Our key cards did not allow us into our rooms. The key activated the door control, however, the lock did not open. We logged Case ID 11693130 with Customer Service however never heard back. The lobby chandelier was littered with a hundred bugs. The tables in the dinning area were dirty and greasy. On Monday at 8:30 am there were dried eggs and no sauguage and minimal bread. The only staff on duty, the desk clerk, came to check and did not replace any of the food. The room was littered with scotch tape from some previous guest. There was a rotting grape in the couch. There was no Kleenex box in the dispenser in the bathroom. The sink faucet was covered with old unclean residue. The bathtub faucet leaked heavily. The morning desk clerk was non responsive to our inquiries and would only use the master key to let us in our room without explanation. The evening desk clerk was helpful however did not provide any feed back that was helpful or informative. No discount or refund was applied after repeated requests. Horrible experience unfortunately
The room was filthy. There were stains on the comforter and popcorn kernels in the bed. There was also grass and dirt all over the couch. And the refrigerator didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that, but they also were not able to give me a different room. It was horrible.

Not the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in, however the size of the room was much bigger than I expected! Our comforters seemed a bit dirty, and our bathroom had lights out and was missing a light fixture. Both mornings we tried to have breakfast, but even over an hour before the end of the breakfast time, there was no food available. Otherwise a decent stay without any frills.

We used to stay here, new ownership has run it down. Wont be back. They are not maintaining the hotel, wear and tear not being maintained. Sheets had a stain on them, asked for the room to be re-made for 3 days and they did not do it. Then on the 4th day, they did BUT kept the same stained sheet on the bed. Shower curtain and rod was hanging downward because it was broken on the wall. Main lobby bathroom, first impressions!!? There was Poop on the toilet and wall. Terrible dated TV's in the room look like they are from K-Mart 10 years ago. See pictures.

Quiet hotel, close to 1-94 for convenience. 3 floors (so no long wait for elevator), Indoor pool, small workout room, complimentary breakfast in attached lobby. Not walkable to shops or parks, but very short drive away. Room was 9/10 clean as there were several broken soap pieces (from previous guest) sticking out of the bathtub drain. Otherwise, appeared to be clean.

The room smells bad, breakfast were not that good (my son throw the cereals as it taste old, sausages are kinda hard, oranges are old),I had a hard time figuring out the shower. However, the hotel accommodates a family with 6 persons and the 2 queen bed are comfortable. Overall, the price was below $200.00 for our budget.

Very dirty. Stains on bedding, mold in bathroom. Pool was disgusting. My kids who could last hours in the pool couldn't even last 10 minutes because of how awful it was. Breakfast, if you could even consider that was awful as well. If you want juice, forget it. Only slight flavored water. Won't ever come back and will tell friends to stay away. Waste of $275 for ONE night.

The bathroom clearly had a leak at one point. There were several patch jobs that were falling apart. There was peeling plaster with mold behind it above the shower. The shower head had so much calcium deposit on that it barely had pressure. There were 6 of us in the room and only 2 towels. I asked for more, 3-4, I was given 2 more. There wasn’t enough parking. We had a pull out bed. I asked for more linens and was given a ripped blanket and just a flat sheet. The mirror on our closet door was broken and our kids almost cut theirselves on it. Definitely not worth $200-$250 a night!!

This hotel had several issues. Hot tub is broke, no Jets cold water. Couch had mold. Bed had no sheets. We could not get into our room without getting staff because key was broken. Bathroom lights were half burned out. No pool towels they said they didn’t have enough. Hook on bathroom door was half falling off. Ceramic Spatula holder was chipped and broken, door stop was just sitting on vanity, bathroom exhaust fan did not work loud and broken.
