The hotel was beautiful and clean, but I was very UPSET that I had to deal with people talking loudly in the lobby while they watched TV at 2:00 in the morning. If I pay $200 a night for a room, I expect that there would be some courtesy when it comes to loud noises at that time. I tried to call the front deak to complain, but it continued to be busy.
