The rooms were very clean and quiet. Parking was great because we were pulling a cargo trailer. Staff were very helpful and the beds were great. love the room darkening shades. Great stay

We were warmly welcomed by the gal on duty who saw us unloading our luggage and came out in the cold to bring us a luggage valet. She anticipated our needs. The hotel is so clean. The gal who prepared the breakfast was excellent and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. This is a well managed hotel.

Front desk lady was ratherly nice. Breakfast was decent. The bed hard as a rock. No conditioner empty bottle and the heating and cooling could be better for the room

This property was clean, quiet and had friendly staff but best of al they had GF options in the bakery case which is not often found.

We had an excellent stay. Room was very nice and clean. Easy to get to. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint would be that the walls seemed a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors conversing. But, they went to bed early. All in all an excellent stay.

This place was so amazing! Let me first start off with the staff! Casandra at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service skills were through the roof! Very nice, polite, extremely helpful, I can’t say enough. The day shift staff was great too! My girls and I came for a cheer competition and we will be back next year. Our room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the dinning staff was helpful and kept everything fully stocked. 10 out of 10.

Great breakfast, great personnel. Mattress was too soft and lumpy, shower curtain liner had black spots (mold?), and toilet had loose bolt on tub side, wobbled!

Hotel was nice needed new items like carpet. The rug in lobby sitting area seen better days. Breakfast staff did a great job trying to keep up with the large groups. Our room was spacious but the bed was terrible hurt both mine and my husband's back did tell front desk it needed to be replaced. The day we were to leave we began seeing cockroachs took a picture and showed front desk person said they were suprised and would have to go to the room and take a look almost like they didn't believe me. Wasn't happy to come home and brought 2 of them with me. Some reason this site won't let me upload a photo as proof. Don't like they never seem to be able to compensate because you booked through a third party then why be on the site money is money

My husband and I brought our two kids to this hotel for 3 days, and it was absolutely perfect! The suite had a pull out couch for our 5 year old, and our 13 year old son got to take one of the queen beds! It was the cleanest hotel we have ever been in, and the staff (especially Vicki) was incredible!! The pool was clean, and fun for the kids as well. We didn’t eat the breakfast there, because we like to sleep in a bit, but we found a gem across the street called “Prime Table” and ended up eating there 3x because it was so good. Warren Dunes beach is also only 30min from there, so we spent a lovely day doing all the beach activities. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!!

Hotel was overall what is expected from a holiday inn. Friendly front desk and clean room. At midnight a hotel employee banged at our door, when we were already sleeping claiming we were at the wrong room and demanding to see an ID. His comment was” I see what happened, easy fix”- ruined the night, no other explanation. Badly handled mix up.

Property and staff were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety… the only disappointing thing about our stay was the housekeeping staff. Beds were never made and trash wasn’t always taken out. We had a good discussion with management on the way out the door which she was very apologetic and ensured us that the issue would be rectified. Other than that, we had a GREAT stay!!
