To much pot smoking going on in hotel,the hallways smelled and it went into our rooms, had a Truck with refrigerator running all night outside our room, asked Frontdesk to have it moved, never was moved, loud talking in hallways, slamming doors at all hours. Not happy with my stay

Most important they had a Great staff all around, overall clean and nice updated rooms, good free breakfast. Only 1 problem and that was the pool water looked a little murky, not sure what is but we didnt let the kids swim in it. But i still recommend this hotel.

Staff and hotel was amazing! Had an extremely loud family on the same floor a few doors down with a ton of kids. Very disrespectful. Yelling, running up and down the halls, knocking on random doors, mother screaming at her kids. There was a random guy walking up and down the road behind the hotel yelling and screaming, and checking hotel doors to see if he could get in. One of which was unlocked and he did enter the facility. However! Very close to everything, and overall a positive experience as far as the staff, price, anvailability, and cleanliness of the hotel! Water pressure was amazing!!!

Very nice staff clean room only issue we had was the people above us had children who sounded like little elephants until 11pm and then again started at 6 am. Our driver didn’t work either

I had to argue with the staff to get put in a room with sufficient heat. Even once we moved, heat was still questionable, but manageable.

Our toilet did not flush. Two different people came to look at it and assured me they fixed it, but it was still not flushing. There was mold on the ripped curtains. The pool area was small and reeked of mildew. The elevator was also out of order during our entire stay.

There were crazy ass people staying at this Hotel that were smoking in the room. I reported it and the same person was still there the next day. I am not impressed with the room we had the sheets had stains in them and there were crumbs in out bed between the blanket and sheet. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful. Condition of property was clean but definitely aging. Room read large and the bathroom had great counter space. Pool needs work but it was warm, clean and was not enough.

Hallways smelled like marijuana, the smell went into our rooms. Rooms are not soundproof at all. You could hear doors being slammed. Didn’t sleep well due to other guest being noisy and fighting, screaming for almost 4 hours

Given a room with a lamp without a lampshade and TV did not work. Front desk guy helped greatly and put us in a new room across the hall. Breakfast area had no atmosphere at all. TV was not on or fireplace was not going. Coffee tasted burnt. At checkout the front desk gentleman could not speak very good English so when I had a discrepancy with the charge receipt and what Expedia said my cost would be, I opted to stop trying to speak to him because he kept saying the same thing over and over and I was not getting my question answered. Still need to figure out the difference in price.

I love the amenities this hotel has to offer. Some hard boiled eggs in the morning would be great for the people who dont eat carbs. Otherwise love the cookies and coffee/tea bar in the morning. They are doing a heck of a job at this Inn, would recommend to family and friends.

Desk Chair was broke, husband set in and fell… Bathroom tub had a drip! When we arrived at property the elevator wasn’t working and the price was disputed from Hotels.com rate. Stayed due to being in area for family Funeral.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were surprised that the 2 queen room with sofa did not have a coffee table in front of the sofa, and there was only one chair in the room. The manager on duty brought a table and chairs to our room.

Room wasn't ready when we got there a few hours after check in time. Waited for over 30 minutes after we arrived to finally check into our room. TV is tiny and poor quality. Complimentary breakfast is solid. Ceiling in bathroom above the shower looked nasty.Went here for our anniversary and were very disappointed. Recommend going to the Comfort Suites next to this place instead.

Garbage juice
Upon entering the elevator it was full of leaking garbage with no staff around. Next time I used it floor covered with liquids from garbage and never cleaned until following day. Floors in hallway stickier than a move theater and no tissues in the room. Hotel has a weird smell like apples mixed with a bottle return room
