The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all. "

"No cleaning of the room once you’ve checked in. Even the second night they’ll offer housekeeping to come bring you towels. If you go, Mondays and Tuesdays, the restaurants are closed. Only breakfast is served. Places untidy rooms are filthy."
