My stay was for 2 nites. The first night, the TV wasn’t operational. The staff (college aged) was ineffective in their response (call you right back apparently means I’m not going to call you back). When I asked to speak with the manager, no one was going to be available until Monday (this was Fridays night). Saturday morning I asked again about getting the television repaired. When I returned that evening it WAS fixed! Yay! Sunday when I checked out, the college aged desk person asked if my TV had been repaired? I confirmed it was. I told the clerk that I wasn’t upset with the staff, regarding the problem, just the fact that no one in management was available. The response was “yah, the other person working with me thought you were rude”. Hmm. Guess it’s okay to tell your customer that…if you never want their business again? For the record, I wasn’t rude at all.
