Excellent staff who make sure you have what you need. Breakfast is very tasty. On a busy road so entering or exiting can be a challenge during peak traffic times.

The desk staff greeted us and were so helpful and friendly. They of course offered us a warm cookie that was so a nice treat after a long day of travel.

The hotel was great, however the other guests were not. We had to complain because the people in the next room were jumping on the bed and it literally sounded like a heard of elephants. It was a young baseball team.

Great hotel in a convenient location for a couple of nights getaway in Bentonville. Stayed in a 2-queen suite, which was great for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We ordered dinner at the bistro, and the burgers & salad were good. All the staff were very kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. Thank you for a great stay, DoubleTree!

This stay was amazing. The staff was incredible. I was sick while I was there and they made sure I had all I needed. They knew I was there for business and cheered me on too! The room was clean and big. I will always stay here when I come back. And I’ll be back lots. :)

Hilton Standards, can't go wrong.
Great hotel location and staff. Welcome cookies and bottled water were a nice gesture! Breakfast had a decent selection and the staff always checked to make sure items were fully stocked. Overall a great hotel to stay and close to downtown.
