Tray

Pros: easy check in and out, comfortable rooms.
Cons: get spare trays
Location: location was great
Everything was good until the morning when I went into get some of the breakfast and asked if there was a tray so I could take my meal to my room. There was a bus load of high school kids filling the room. I was told there was no trays but I could go back to my 4th floor room and get that one. We made it the room with our meal without our tray, but it would have been nice to have been told if we wanted a tray to bring it with us. Surprised there were no extra trays in the kitchen for guests.

The room carpet was dirty; hotel smelled of stale smoke; lots of dogs in the hotel.

Our room was ready upon arrival (room reserved on Expedia.com), building easy to navagate for finding amenities, front desk nearby and staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Nice Hotel Close to my meeting

This was a very pleasant hotel with exceptional hotel staff. The bed was nice except i could tell most peopl slept on the left side of the bed and the reclining chair had cut marks in it. Overall very nice. I did not eat breakfast.

Overall pleased with my stay.

Pros: Overall good place to stay. Also liked the fact that all entrances required a room key to get into the building. This made me feel much safer.
Location: Mentioned above.
Stayed a total of 6 nights in Springdale, Ark. It was a bit noisy on my floor and the highway noise was a bit loud. But the room was clean as was the hotel. The staff were excellent and when I needed to extend my stay a couple of days, they were very accommodating and found a way to keep me in my room when they thought I would have to move to another room. Enjoyed having a couple of eating choices within walking distance.

Popping bottles by the pool

Pros: The Front counter was a Boss!
Cons: More free drinks
Location: food and booze
Great place to pop bottles of Dom Perignon Champagne while relaxing by the pool wearing all your gold chains obnoxiously rapping to old biggie smalls music playing on cellphone speaker while hogging all the FREE WIFI!

Good value, no problems.

Pros: Close to our venue.
Cons: Breakfast area was a little small.
Location: Plenty of things in the area to do. If anything negative...it would be the really noisy night club across the road.
Everything as expected. No real issues. Would stay here again.

ROACHES!

My room was infested with roaches and the hotel never took any action to make sure that I was taken care of. Avoid this hotel.

Great Location, Needs Updating

Pros: Very kind people working here.
Cons: Update the property. Completely eradicate the overwhelming residual and current cigarette smell!
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel really needs to be updated. It must be one of the few smoking facilities left. And...there is no doubt about it. Your nose knows. Yuk.
