The room was filthy. The pillow cases had blood stains, the tub was literally black with filth, the floors were dirty as was the stained white duvet cover. Not a place I would ever stay in again.

The staff seemed very annoyed with everyone when I checked in and they mentioned that they didn’t have a housekeeper and were overbooked, seems like poor management, I’m sure the staff are doing their best with what they’re given. The elevator was questionable and smelled heavily like nicotine vape. The room itself was bare bones, bingo hall style chairs and beat up cabinets/walls. The rubber baseboards in my room were just leaning on the wall in most places, there’s no bedside lamp and only overhead can lights that were controlled by a switch by the door, the one by the bed did nothing. There wasn’t any hand soap, only one “body bar” as far as toiletries go. The a/c in the room kept the air dry but everything else was weirdly moist, making it hard to sleep in a humid bed. There was dog feces all around the outside grass areas and a big dog running loose when I arrived. When I went to check out nobody was at the desk so I had to wait a bit in my car then come back in. I received no receipt, not even in my email.

It was a pretty sketchy location. Off the beaten path with tons of "long term" occupants hanging out in the door way. Arrived at 1:30 am, so that seemed odd. It took about 30 min to check in because we had to wait on a desk clerk to arrive, and I was already exhausted. The entire facility smelled like Bourbon Street in the summer. Floors were sticky. It was just gross.

This should not be listed for one-night stays. The lobby is closed in the evening, opens again at 9 a.m. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, wi-fi didn't work, chairs in the room were kitchen chairs. This may be appropriate for long stays but not for travelers who need comfort in the midst of a long triip.

The place was not clean, smelt like vomit the whole time in the halls and elevator. People lingering in the parking lot watching day and night including one man urinating in the parking lot. Door to the hotel rooms was unlocked the whole time even when stuff wasn’t there at night. No cleaning services our whole stay or replenishing of toilet paper and towels. Got injured on their property from their blinds that were too small for the frame. Manager never checked on me and did not care. Maintenance said manager already knew the blinds were too small and installed them anyway. Never will stay at this location ever again.

The floors, although new, were very dirty. My feet we BROWN from the dirt on the floor. Poor choice to install cheap laminate throughout the facility. TV was old with a horrible picture. Not usually a problem but coupled with the creaky bed, dirty floor, refrigerator door that opened INTO the wall and dirty stove top; the room amenities need work. Location was super convenient and parking was a breeze. Staff was friendly.

Had to wait for person to "come down" to check us in after 10pm. Was supposed to have a King bed...barely a full. For a "suite room" there were no supplies in kitchen except a cutting board. No hair dryer . no bathroom items except one hand bar of soap. I have stayed at Woodspring before and has always been great.

COCkROACHES. All over the walls and in the bathroom. Place is incredibly dirty and no one seemed to care. They said they would come up and spray the room but that was all they offered to do. Do not stay here at any cost.

I really liked the people here, but the room was filthy and it smelled terrible. The bathroom had the old stale urine smell that you expect at a gas station toilet that’s never been cleaned. I couldn’t go barefoot after a bath. I looked at the bottom of my feet the first night and they were brown/black with a layer of soot from just walking across the room a few times. I brought a swiffer wet jet and used five pads and gave up, it really needed a good old fashioned mopping. I tried to get the stench out of the bathroom, but I was bested there too. The toilet isn’t flush with the floor, so lord only knows what nastiness might be lurking there. These rooms are rented by weeks and months by most, so keep that in mind and bring your cleaning supplies.

This property has no staff on-site except a couple hours a day which was weird to me, you cannot get clean linens after 7pm, the place is so dirty and has a terrible smell. The location is awful and the groups of people that this specific location attracts is unsafe and very worrisome. We will never stay at a WoodSpring again.

Stayed with my husband and infant son. The door didn't shut good. You had to slam it several times to get it to stay closed. No other rooms available for them to move us to. We had a ground floor room. People next to us played loud music until after midnight and we had people sitting outside our window drinking and being loud. We asked the night attendant to handle the noise. He knocked on the door of the people next to us, no answer. He didn't ask the people outside our window to disperse at all. We paid 125 a night for a room that is 40 on a regular day because of an event in Fayetteville. Overall not happy with our stay.
