Terrible bed

Uncomfortable room- hard bed, heater wall unit smelled like burning smell.... bedspread so outdated - a cheap comforter would liven up the outdated overall appearance of the room. I find it unfair and ridiculous as I needed a room for sat Nov 12th that just because it was the last home game at the University I was charged more than double of the regular price of the room!

Smell was awful through out the whole hotel. The a/c didn't work in our room either. Staff was friendly, but the experience here was the worst I have ever had in a hotel

Bed bugs

My room had bed bugs, I wasn't offered another room nor was given my discount, from Expedia! Very disappointed.

About as basic as one can get.

Pros: Location was acceptable.
Cons: Keep weekly patrons from hanging out near the entrance. They do not present a good image of the facility.
Noisy! No sound dampening in the construction. Could hear every footstep from above and side.

给大家提个醒,入住前了解清楚Value place 这个酒店有bedbug!分享一下我入住4天可怕经历! 入住的第1天晚上,屋子里很大霉味,高速公路就在旁边噪音特别大。晚上睡觉浑身痒的睡不着,第二天起床后发现浑身上下都是红包,很快都肿了,怀疑被某种虫子咬了。第1晚几乎没睡。 入住第2天,找酒店协商,才给换了房间,哪想噩梦刚刚开始,晚上睡觉时发现枕头上都是虫子,赶快拉开床垫发现更多到处爬的虫子,拍了照片和视频,上网一查才知道这种虫子是很可怕专靠吸食人血生存,繁殖能力很强的床虱bedbug。第2晚没敢睡觉。 入住第3天早上,赶快让酒店看图片和视频,酒店说他们联系专门的杀虫公司来杀虫,并且哪也不让我们去,房间和行李都要喷洒药物,所有衣物都要拿出来去高温清洗。并且只能让我们在楼道等,我们一再要求才给我们找了一间非常脏乱的屋子,只能坐在凳子上。从上午11点一直折腾到晚上11点,才能进了房间,房间里到处是喷过药的痕迹,自己又擦洗了好久,把所有衣物凉出来,一直折腾到凌晨。让虫子吓的根本不敢睡了。这一整天的行程都被取消了,在酒店配合杀虫。 入住第4天,下午2点多,酒店那个男工作人员非常粗暴的敲门,让20分钟内马上把所有行李打包收拾好出去,继续喷药。我们很气愤问他们为什么知道今天喷药,昨天还让我们入住进来,他们说这是他们的权利,如果不等着喷药就马上搬走。喷一次药至少4小时以上才能进屋子,并且昨晚拿出摊开的行李,凉的衣服要全部重新收拾,这一折腾又要到凌晨了。酒店的男服务员态度非常粗暴,恶劣!这哪是住酒店,真是受罪呢!最后态度恶劣到外面下着雨,让我们立刻搬走。我们一入住,酒店就刷了我们8天的房费,怎能说让我们走就得走?简直是太不讲理了!这就是美国的人权吗?酒店又脏又破,到处是霉味,屋里竟然有bedbug,没有游泳池,没有制冰机,没有无线网,服务态度还特别差,真是太痛苦的住宿经历了!这么恶劣的酒店,hotels竟然还和他们合作!

A little sketchy

It actually looks like they try. The room was fairly clean and in decent shape. It's more of the clientele. We saw three guys peeing in the parking lot over a two day period. And somebody had done it in the elevator too. It reeked. On Friday night what had to be a prostitute hung out in the parking lot for at least an hour. It had the usual cooking smells you get at one of these extended stay places. Overall, it wasn't great

Cheap but kind of gross

Room smelled disgusting. Tiny desk. TV is ancient and doesn't have a dvd player. Internet stopped working halfway through our stay.
