BAD OWNER!!!!!!

Owner of this hotel owns Days Inn also across the street. He should own a garbage can let alone two hotels!!!! Very rude, disrespectful and needs to go back to square one one managing a hotel also how to treat a paying customer!!! Their employee messed up running our payment information saying we had not paid when in fact we had. This employee's error resulted in the owner telling us he was calling the police bc had not paid. When in fact the employee made an error entering payment info, when same payment info was given at 5pm with the owner yelling and screaming at my family.

Thank you for your time to review us. The management team manages five other hotels in this area (including these 2 two). Debit cards are always trouble for guest and hotel. If you have only 50 dollars in account and paying 48 dollars that will decline and blame comes on hotel. My apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you

Inexpensive Hotel

Pros: It was inexpensive
Cons: A better breakfast. They only had biscuits and gravy, no eggs, no meat
Location: The location were near good eating places.
I was really concerned before I arrived. However, I was surprised that the room look nice and was clean. The towels was limited. The pillows on the bed was hard as rocks. I didn't get much sleep. I didn't like fact that when you open the door of the hotel they people could see you from the outside. I was glad that I was only staying one night.

good area good staff

Pros: staff
Cons: clean tub
room was run down lights didn't work stayed for 2 nights and no maid service. restroom tub needed scrubbed from top to bottom. staff was great doing everything they could. I guess they cant get maids

Short drive to War Eagle

Bath tub needed to be replaced. Black stains in the bottom and mildew/mold around caulking. Kleenex holder was rusty and kept falling off. Mattresses were like sleeping in a valley. Definitely not what I expected for $100.+ tax per night. They do provide free parking and breakfast but was not comfortable eating there so can't comment on the food. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Room was great except there was an odor. My daughters allergies were quite bad but started clearing up soon after leaving and were gone by the time we got home 3 hrs later. Also breakfast was aweful.

Decent for the price.

Pros: Room was clean and had a mini fridge and the front desk were very helpful.
Cons: Do something about the breakfast. Cold biscuits and crockpot gravy are not enough. Step it up.
Location: Good thing that there is a Waffle House and Chipotle within walking distance. If you want to drive, there are some decent chain restaurants nearby.
This place will do in a pinch. It's great for the price.
