Fantastic breakfast

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Metro, and good connections to Gare de Nord and Gare de Lyon. Fabulous breakfast choices, everything you could wish for, plus Kids balloon maker keeping them entertained.

NICE HOTEL....BUT

Cons: Let your guests know if you are going to charge them for something!!
Had a nice stay , the room was a little tight for the four of us but the bed was quite confortable. Mini friidge in room was restocked with water everyday,which was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices. Hotel and breakfast staff were helpful ,friendly and spoke fluent english. Here's the "BUT"... we had to check out very early, prior to breakfast opening and the front desk said that they would give us something to take with us when we left, which they did. Not one of the three people I spoke to about this told me that there would be a charge for this since breakfast was included and we were missig it. However when I got home I found a 20eu charge on my credit card for the food. We had been travelling for two weeks and twice before had the same situation and those hotels supplied us with a takeawy breakfast at no charge so I didnt expect that there would have been one here either, I might not have minded paying a fee for them ,but certainly should have been told that I was goint o be charge by any of the 3 people at the hotel I spoke to about this. I sent an email to the hotel to complain about the inappropriate charge but received no response.This really soured my opinion of the hotel

Excellent! The hotel staff is friendly. Walking distance to Metro Station I recommend this hotel.

The room too small .not enught space for 4 person

The staffs were ok not bad but our room we never expect that Narow and small on photos was ok for 4 person only one table and one chair in the room no space at all and we woke up 2 morning because of noise look like a sewing machine .

Nice Hotel

Just came back from four nights at the Novotel Bercy. Location was good...just a block from the Bercy Metro and a few blocks from Gare de Lyon station. We were a family of four, so the room was a lttle tight but the room was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a very small fridge in the room that they re-stock with bottled water every day , which was quite convenient since we were walking around all day and we always had a bottle or two of water with us.One thing that was a little strange was that the toilet was in a seperate room from the bath/shower/sink ,which might have been very convenient so that one person could use the the shower while another was using the toilet...however there was no sink in the room that had the toilet so you then had to go out into the bathrrom to wash your hands.Also the toilet flush was quite weak. Breakfast was very good ,with many hot and cold items to choose from...including fresh croissants and chocolate croissants, fruits ,cereals eggs,meats yoghurts,etc. Both the breakfast staff and the front desk staff were very friendly,helpful and fluent in english. We had to check out very early, before breafast opened, and when I asked , they supplied us withe four very nice boxed breakfast meals to take away with us. All in all a very nice stay

3 days of cold and rain--in July!

Pros: Very close to the Metro
Very pleasant and helpful staff and atmosphere. Though the weather wasn't very good, we had a great experience in Paris.
