Are you delighted by farm life? Our farm is home to over a dozen animals including horses, goats, chickens, and dogs. Guests are welcome to interact with our animals at your comfort level. Come stay in our Lavender Suite and enjoy our most popular accommodation, because of the window viewing into our Goats' stall. The girls will keep you entertained for hours! The suite also features a television, full kitchen and bathroom. Outdoors you will find a private entrance, patio, grill and seating area with a fire pit.
Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek.

Working remotely or taking a work retreat? Enjoy our outstanding Wi-Fi. Traveling with a pet? We have a private dog park on property for guests to enjoy.

Begin your day with complimentary farm fresh eggs from our hens, or enjoy freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge.

Wind down in the evening listening to the sounds of bluegrass country while enjoying complimentary evening Bourbon.
Enjoy a treat from our on-site bakery, Doloosh Desserts. Order your made-to-order bakery items in advance and we’ll have them waiting for you upon arrival. Don’t forget to grab a pint of homemade ice cream.


Guest Amenities (on the property):
There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (Horses stay free).
There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance.

We are excited to be adding new amenities for 2023. The upstairs area of our barn will feature a fitness center and sauna, mini-theater, and billiards/game room. These projects are underway and will be ready for reservations booked beyond Spring, 2023

Delightful Stay
The wife and I enjoyed staying at Nicure Ranch so much we didn’t want to leave! We definitely will be back and soon. As we were driving away. I got a little choked up because I felt like I belonged there. I credit this with how hard our hosts Nick and Laura work at making sure the guests that stay at Nicura Ranch feel welcome. We had everything we needed and more. When We go back to visit Berea Kentucky we are going to stay at Nicura Ranch. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. we miss Ginger and Cinnamon!

This was such a fun getaway enjoyed being able to interact with animals and seeing the goats from the room was such a fun extra would of loved to have had more time to spend there and will definitely be back in the future a beautiful place to stay

Great getaway from the city
The ranch is everything advertised: quiet (with the occasional comment from Cinnamon or Ginger, the goats), beautiful, and easy to find. My only regrets are that it wasn't as warm as I hoped, which is not Nick & Laura's fault, and that I couldn't stay longer.
